KeymasterHi there,
Thanks for emailing support. There is no way to transfer the license but, once it gets closer to expiration you can just purchase a new one and add the new license key to your plugin.
Hope that helps.
Thanks,

KeymasterHi there,
Thanks for emailing support. The error message looks like something from your theme. We you are having issues with the events plugin?
Thanks,
BrendanBrendan
KeymasterHi Trevor,
Thanks for the email. Out of the box this is not achievable. It would take some custom development to achieve this desired look.
Hope that answers your question!
Thanks,

KeymasterHi there,
Sounds like there is a conflict. What did you discover when you ran through the testing for conflicts tutorial?
Thanks,

KeymasterHi there,
This is a weird issue and not sure where its coming from since you are the first I am hearing about blank emails. In any case, are other emails blank as well like when you do a reset password? Also please make sure you are running the latest version of this plugin and WordPress.
Thanks,
BrendanBrendan
KeymasterHi Joseph,
Thanks for the feedback, wanted to rule that out first. Now, its probably the venue or coordinates, so follow this guide on checking/fixing those two items and the issue should resolved. Let me know how that goes.

KeymasterHi There,
So what we did is change the expiration date on the one you renewed to April 25th. Please allow it a some time to populate in your account.
Thanks,

KeymasterHi Louise,
I will check with the license team and see what is possible.

KeymasterHi Dale,
Thanks for emailing support. Can you go to Events > Help and take a screenshot of the Event Aggregator System Status?
Thanks,
BrendanBrendan
KeymasterHi Louise,
Thanks for emailing support. All you need to do is go into My Account > License Keys and disconnect the bad domain and then copy the key and enter the key into your good domain under Events > Settings > Licenses.
Let me know if that works.
Thanks,

KeymasterHi There,
Thanks for emailing support. In this scenario they would need to create two tickets. One as an RSVP and the other would be a product they could then emailing to customer to register or the event with the paid ticket for purchase.
Out of the box there is no solution to change this dynamically.
Hope that helps.
Thanks,
BrendanBrendan
KeymasterHi there,
Thanks for emailing support and sorry you are having an issue with the emails. Sounds like a conflict. Can you also try testing for conflicts with your theme and other plugins? If you would prefer not to do this on your live site, WP Staging will let you create a quick copy of your live site that you can use for testing. Let me know what you find!
Thanks,

KeymasterHi there,
Thanks for emailing support. You could technically but that would need some custom development on your end. Out of the box they are visible by default.
Hope that helps.

KeymasterHi there,
Thanks for emailing support and sorry you are experiencing issues. How was this event created? Manually from scratch or was another event duplicated to create this event?
Thanks,
BrendanBrendan
KeymasterHi Chris,
Looking at this file, I do see a lot of events, about 621 but most are in the past. Is that correct?
Example:
DTSTART;TZID=America/New_York:20151008T183000
Thanks,
