I renewed the bad license

    Hi,

    On February 24 I received an email to renew the license of http://www.48inter.com with a discount coupon.
    I clicked on the link on the email and I renewed the license but the renewal is done for the wrong site.
    The renewal was done on kinekatsante.com and it should have been on 48inter.com
    kinekatsante.com no longer used Event Calandar Pro for a very long time.
    Can you make the change please?

    Hi Louise,

    Thanks for emailing support. All you need to do is go into My Account > License Keys and disconnect the bad domain and then copy the key and enter the key into your good domain under Events > Settings > Licenses.

    Let me know if that works.

    Yes but my renewal is juste un April for 48inter.com, so I’ll pay 3 months for nothing for this licence on kinekatsante.com. Next year the renewal for 48inter.com will be 3 months to soon. Can you fix that? Thanks

    Hi There,

    So what we did is change the expiration date on the one you renewed to April 25th. Please allow it a some time to populate in your account.
