    Hi there,

Thanks for emailing support. I just attempted to import and got 10 events from that ics file so it worked on my dev server. Can you tell me if you are receiving an errors in the event aggregator by checking Events > Help > Event Aggregator System Status.

Also, are you doing a manual import or a scheduled import?

    Thanks,
    Brendan

    Hi Todd,

Can you send the debug info when you are trying to edit?

Definitely looks like a conflict and want to see what errors are coming up to help further troubleshoot this.

    Thanks,
    Brendan

    Hi there,

Unfortunately this is not an option. You would after to manually add them after the import.

    Thanks,
    Brendan

    Hi there,

They do not need to be the primary domain. Any domain will work as long as you do not exceed the total.

    Thanks,
    Brendan

    Hi Hans-Gerd,

We have seen issues with that plugin. I would try using Duplicate Posts instead. Not sure why you are now experiencing issues, but that plugin is not supported.

    See here: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/plugin-changes-url-of-source-event-to-the-same-as-the-duplicate/

Let me know if the duplicate post plugin works.

    Thanks,
    Brendan

    Hi there,

The licenses are attached to the actual domain names so it will not matter how many servers are involved.

    Hope that helps.

    Thanks,
    Brendan

    Hi there,

Since Events Tickets plus uses woocommerce, the person can create an account and have their info stored. Essentially they are an existing customer buying another event  or product.

    Hope that helps.

    Thanks,
    Brendan

    Hi there,

We can’t guarantee out-of-the-box WCAG 2.0 AA compliance, that’s true – though it should certainly be readily achievable with some customization work. This is not however a service we ourselves provide but you could certainly speak to a suitably qualified developer or agency for assistance with this by consulting the folks listed on this page.

    Thanks,
    Brendan

    HI there,

Thanks for emailing support. The views are already in the calendar and live on the site so they should have been indexed by Google nonetheless. Also the default view will take over the “classes” permalink so this will not change SEO.

    Hope that helps.

    Thanks,
    Brendan
