KeymasterHi there,
Thanks for emailing sales. As of now, it only works on events you have created yourself on Facebook. We are investigating a workaround if possible.
Thanks,

KeymasterHi David,
One other thing, when you create new events, do you use the duplicate page plugin on your site or are you creating them as brand new events?
Thanks,

KeymasterHi David,
Sounds like there is a conflict then. To get you started on troubleshooting: First, please make sure you are using the most current versions of all of our plugins. You can also try reinstalling them by following these instructions. If that doesn’t help, the next step in troubleshooting this is going to be testing for conflicts with your theme and other plugins (with WP_DEBUG enabled). If you need a testing environment, the free WP Staging plugin will let you create a quick copy of your live site that you can use for testing.
Let me know what you find.
Thanks,
BrendanBrendan
KeymasterHi there,
Okay so the filter bar has been added so now you should only see the two licenses in your account.
Thanks,

KeymasterHi Chris,

KeymasterHi there,
Thanks for reaching out! I’d be happy to help you with this, but first will you please post this question in ourEvents Calendar PRO forum? We use the Pre-Sales forum to answer questions about the features of our premium plugins for those interested in purchasing them.
If you have not purchased one of our premium plugins, you can post in our community forum on wordpress.org, which we review weekly to check for bug reports. If you need more in-depth support, you will need to purchase a license.
Thanks,
BrendanBrendan
KeymasterHi there,
Thanks for emailing sales. Unfortunately we do not have a bundle promotion for those three in combination. You can check out available bundles here: https://theeventscalendar.com/bundles/

KeymasterHi there,

KeymasterHi there,
Just to be clear the only two products you should have are the community events and the filter bar?
Thanks,
BrendanBrendan
KeymasterHi Chris,
In the Events > Help section for the Aggregator, do you still get an error message there or when you try and manually import are you getting an error message?
Thanks,
BrendanBrendan
KeymasterHi Jacob,
This seems like a different issue. Can you submit a separate ticket for this and it will be addressed?
Thanks,

KeymasterHi there,
Thanks for emailing support and sorry you are having issues. The first thing we want to try is to go to Settings > Permalinks and click “Save Changes” at the bottom. No need to actually change anything, just click the button.
