    Hi team,

    I recently updated to the latest version of the Event Calendar Pro plugin. For all recurring events (previously created and new), the event shows in month view, list view, and in the widget, but when you click through an event to see the event details page, you get a Page Not Found.

    Hi there,

    Thanks for emailing support and sorry you are having issues. The first thing we want to try is to go to Settings > Permalinks and click “Save Changes” at the bottom. No need to actually change anything, just click the button.

    If that doesn’t work, there is a conflict. To get you started on troubleshooting: First, please make sure you are using the most current versions of all of our plugins. You can also try reinstalling them by following these instructions. If that doesn’t help, the next step in troubleshooting this is going to be testing for conflicts with your theme and other plugins (with WP_DEBUG enabled). If you need a testing environment, the free WP Staging plugin will let you create a quick copy of your live site that you can use for testing.

    Thanks so much! Settings > Permalinks > Save Changes did the trick. Very relieved it was so simple, and now I know to try this first if it ever happens again.
