Thanks for emailing support and I sincerely apologize for the frustration. We were blindsided by Facebook along with other providers with the new rules not allowing imports. We are continuing our efforts to work with them and encourage anyone willing to reach out to Facebook on various social media platforms to voice their needs as well. Thanks for emailing sales. Event Aggregator would not pull in events from other sites. It only works pulling in events from sources like Google calendar, Facebook, Meetup, etc.

The Pro version will not remove your settings but you may lose customization since the Pro version will override the standard version in multiple areas. As for the first question, you can post in our community forum on wordpress.org, which we review weekly to check for bug reports. Thanks for taking your time to report this.
Facebook recently announced a range of changes to their APIs (the protocols we use to ‘speak’ to their servers and retrieve event information) which are having an affect on Event Aggregator users.
As a result, some Facebook imports that previously worked are not currently possible. Further details can be found in the following article > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/ea-fb-privacy-policy/ We will keep you updated as the situation develops.
