Upload issues and Pro question

Hi, we are using Event Calendar on out site.

We have hit a problem in that when we upload the CSV events files they are not matching with the previously uploaded images. We upload the CSV and map the columns so that the featured image is the URL of the uploaded picture in the media library. Some of the photos match correctly and some of them seem to not match and create a new file with the current month and year in the url path. However this jpg that it creates is not an actual file as there is nothing in it and it’s blank. This file is what matches to the entry.

The developers have no idea how to fix this issue having tried for some days now.

We like the look of the Pro capability but I have what may be a silly question, if we upgrade to the Pro version will we lose The personalisation and coding that we have built up over many weeks ?

Any help answering both questions would be really appreciated.

Hi there,

The Pro version will not remove your settings but you may lose customization since the Pro version will override the standard version in multiple areas. As for the first question, you can post in our community forum on wordpress.org, which we review weekly to check for bug reports. If you need more in-depth support, you will need to purchase a license.
