KeymasterHi there,
Thanks for the email and considering our products. Unfortunately none of our products allow your updates to get pushed back or to Google. However, if you are using Google calendar and our Event Aggregator and you update an event on Google calendar, this update will be pushed to your website.
Thanks,
BrendanBrendan
KeymasterHi Toby,
Thanks for contacting support and sorry you are having issues with the update. There might have been a small outage (none that I’m aware of though) at that time you tried. If you’re still getting this now, please check with your web host if there might be some IP or domain blocking or other settings that could be causing this which is usually the case. Other than that the only option we have is a manual update.
Thanks,

KeymasterHi there,
Thanks for emailing support. Yes, each ticket is a separate product so you would just cancel the one ticket.

KeymasterHi there,
Thanks for emailing support. Our aggregator does work with Google calendar. Any issues can arise from conflicts with your theme and or plugins, however its usually smooth unless you have a unique or custom configuration. And yes, we do offer a 30 day refund.

KeymasterHi there,
Thanks for emailing support and considering our products.
- While we don’t have any integrations built in to support membership pricing at this time, there are a couple of ways that I can think of to accomplish this:
You could provide coupon codes for each level of membership available through your organization, which can be applied to ticket purchases at checkout to receive a discount. This method would likely be the simplest approach, as support for coupon/discount codes is available with both of our supported e-commerce platforms, and coupon codes can be input directly from the cart and/or checkout pages.
You could try using a third-party WooCommerce extension such as WooCommerce Memberships to offer separate pricing tiers for different membership levels. This method may be a simpler approach for your visitors, but it would likely require more setup on your end and like you say it may have tweaks that need to be worked out.. In particular, if your selected extension relies on WooCommerce product pages for proper functionality, this Knowledgebase article may be helpful: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/selling-tickets-from-the-woocommerce-products-page/
- Our plugin works with three e-commerce solutions: Woocommerce, Easy Digital Downloads, and TribeCommerce.
- I am not aware of this however if it works with Woocommerce you can use it. The other two ecommerce solutions would work with PayPal.

KeymasterHi there,
Thanks for considering our products. You could do this but you would have to break the event out of the recurring events. There is a link to do this so you can create the series of events and then break each one out to an individual event and change the title.
Thanks,
BrendanBrendan
KeymasterHi there,
If that doesn’t help, the next step in troubleshooting this is going to be testing for conflicts with your theme and other plugins (with WP_DEBUG enabled). With debug mode enabled, go through the same task of creating a ticket and see what errors come up. Please send those errors.
Thanks,

KeymasterHi there,
I see. Try using our plugin to disable the QR codes. I am not sure if this disables them completely. Check it out and let me know if it works for you.

KeymasterHi there,
Thanks for emailing support and sorry you are having issues. This may be a conflict with another plugin. Can you try testing for conflicts with your theme and other plugins? If you would prefer not to do this on your live site, WP Staging will let you create a quick copy of your live site that you can use for testing. Let me know what you find!
Thanks,

KeymasterGood evening and welcome to the Events Calendar forum!
Thank you for your interest in our products.
We’ll be glad to answer your question. Can this disallow member tickets if the purchaser is not a member?
The short answer is yes.
You can do so because we hand over all of the transactional aspect of tickets to WooCommerce.
As such, using a role-based discount plugin should allow you to reach your goal.
There are a few of them out there, so you might want to do a bit of research before you choose the one that you like best. Here’s an example: https://wordpress.org/plugins/woocommerce-role-pricing/
Let me know if that helps.
Have a great day!
Brendan

KeymasterHi there,
Thanks for reaching out! I’d be happy to help you with this, but first will you please post this question in ourEvents Calendar PRO forum? We use the Pre-Sales forum to answer questions about the features of our premium plugins for those interested in purchasing them.
If you have not purchased one of our premium plugins, you can post in our community forum on wordpress.org, which we review weekly to check for bug reports. If you need more in-depth support, you will need to purchase a license.
Thanks,
BrendanBrendan
KeymasterHi there,
Thanks for emailing support. Yes, this will work if the sites are separate. If they are contained on the same installation of wordpress then you would need the multisite license.
Thanks,
BrendanBrendan
KeymasterHi there,
Yes that is with woocommerce. What are you using for ecommerce?

KeymasterHi there,
You can break event from series here.
In regards to editing the email template. Our Themer’s Guide actually provides a wealth of information on customizing our plugins, including a list of modifiable templates and instructions on how to duplicate and tweak them to your preferences. You’ll find the template for our RSVP and ticket emails located at /wp-content/plugins/event-tickets/src/views/tickets/email.php in your WordPress directory.
Thanks,
