    Hi

    I need some clarity on cancellation process. could you please help me out

    Is there any option to cancel one ticket and refund the amount from an order (Order having 5 tickets).

    Thanks for emailing support. Yes, each ticket is a separate product so you would just cancel the one ticket.

    Hi there,

    In this case you would have to just do a misc. refund of the amount and cancel the attendee.

    Hi there,

    Sorry I am confusing you.

    YES, it is possible.

    Further explanation: Since the order contains 5 attendees, you would need to go into Events > Attendees and delete the attendee wanting a refund. Lets say the 5 tickets costs $100 each so $500 for the order total. To refund the actual dollar amount, you would need to go Orders and edit this order. Instead of refunding the whole order, you would only refund $100. I would also make a note in the notes section of the order on why you refunded just a dollar amount and which attendee was deleted.
