    Hi

    I keep getting errors when updating your PRO plugins, as follows.

    An error occurred while updating Event Tickets Plus: Download failed. Service Unavailable

    An error occurred while updating The Events Calendar PRO: Download failed. Service Unavailable

    My licenses are still valid. I am not able to do a manual update for various reasons. I need the automated one.

    Hi Toby,

    Thanks for contacting support and sorry you are having issues with the update.  There might have been a small outage (none that I’m aware of though) at that time you tried. If you’re still getting this now, please check with your web host if there might be some IP or domain blocking or other settings that could be causing this which is usually the case. Other than that the only option we have is a manual update.
