KeymasterHi there,
- Yes, we offer a 30 day refund.
- Yes
- I do not have a discount code. We run a number of sales and promotions throughout the year and you can find the latest and greatest offers listed on our <span style=”font-weight: 400;”>Deals, Coupons & Discounts!</span> page.If nothing there fits exactly what you’re looking for, I’d suggest either subscribing to our email newsletter or following us on Twitter because we also make those announcements there.
Thanks,

KeymasterHi there,
I am not sure if that error is coming from your theme. The instructions first help you identify where this code is coming from. It could be from Woocommerce or it could be from something not updating in one of our plugins. So fixing it would either fix the issue or rule out this conflict. One other thing you can try is to remove our plugins and reinstall them with fresh copies. Removing them will still keep your settings in the database so the only thing being replaced would be the files.
Make sure you are also testing with the Woocommerce add-ons deactivated as well. Sometimes these can be the root cause.
Let me know what you find.
Thanks,

KeymasterHi there,
Sorry I am confusing you.
YES, it is possible.
Further explanation: Since the order contains 5 attendees, you would need to go into Events > Attendees and delete the attendee wanting a refund. Lets say the 5 tickets costs $100 each so $500 for the order total. To refund the actual dollar amount, you would need to go Orders and edit this order. Instead of refunding the whole order, you would only refund $100. I would also make a note in the notes section of the order on why you refunded just a dollar amount and which attendee was deleted.
Hope that helps.
Let me know if you have any further questions.
Thanks,
BrendanBrendan
KeymasterHi there,
Thanks for emailing support! You can add the calendar by adding the shortcode [tribe_events] in your page editor. If you want more options to the display, feel free to read how to use the shortcode functionality.

KeymasterHi Brian,
Thanks for emailing support. Normally in cases like this, there is a conflict with the theme or plugins and it looks like you are already on the right track. Let us know if you have any further questions.

KeymasterHi there!
Thanks for getting in touch with us! Let me help you with this topic.
AMP is actually pretty new, so this is the first time I encounter a question from a user about it. And don’t worry if someone else has already asked about it, we are always here to help ?
I’m not really familiar with the plugins for AMP, but it seems it should be possible to add the events date and other metadata, but you would need to create your own custom AMP templates for the tribe_events post type.
I think you’ll be able to accomplish that using the method described in https://github.com/Automattic/amp-wp/wiki/Custom-Post-Type-Support
It will require for you to add some custom coding, which we are limited in how much support we can give.
However, we always like helping out so if you go for it and bump into any questions, don’t hesitate to reach out and we’ll be happy to point you in the right direction as much possible.
Hope that helps.
Best,
BrendanBrendan
KeymasterHey there and thanks for getting in touch!
We’d be happy to help — but I do want to note that our pre-sales forum is used to answer questions about purchasing our premium plugins.
If you’re looking for technical support, it would be awesome if you could post your question to our WordPress.org support forum.
Or, if you already have an active license for one of premium plugins, will you please log into your account and post your topic to our premium support forum instead?
Thanks so much!
Thanks,

KeymasterHi there,
Thanks for emailing support. Yes, our e-commerce solution is set to remind the email on the account prior to the renewal date. If for some reason you do not get an email, you will see a renewal notice in your site as well. Your site will still function but you will not be able to update any of our plugins if they have expired.
Thanks,
BrendanBrendan
KeymasterHi there,
It looks like you may need to fix something in your theme or one of the plugins. Here is a tutorial on how to find where this error is occurring and to fix it.
Definitely make a backup before making any code changes. Also, make sure you are running the latest version of WordPress and all plugins are up to date.
Let me know if that resolves the issue with the dates.
Thanks,
BrendanBrendan
KeymasterHi Stephen,
Thats too bad! I have requested the refund. Please allow 3-5 business days for it to credit back to your PayPal.

KeymasterHi there,
In this case you would have to just do a misc. refund of the amount and cancel the attendee.
Thanks,
BrendanBrendan

KeymasterHi there,
Thanks for emailing support. Our plugin doesn’t offer this however since the tickets are products in Woocommerce you can add some like Woocommerce Deposits which will help you achieve this goal.
Thanks,
