    We have just received our license, control and now our paid support after the Developer was holding out after buying three licenses on our tab when we only need one for Event Calendar Pro. We have not put new billing information up because we do not want to be charged for 3 licenses with an automatic renewal. when we only need one. Do you notify clients before product license and support elapses so the billing can be done properly and we are not overcharged again for licenses FirstClassGroupTickets.com will not need.

    Hi there,

    Thanks for emailing support. Yes, our e-commerce solution is set to remind the email on the account prior to the renewal date. If for some reason you do not get an email, you will see a renewal notice in your site as well. Your site will still function but you will not be able to update any of our plugins if they have expired.
