    Hi,

    I have requested a refund inline with your 30-day money back guarantee. After making the request, there was an onsite message about the request taking time to process, but I have not received an email confirming the refund will be processed. Also, the subscription is still showing as live in My Account, and I can’t find a way of cancelling.
