Even though I keep creating and saving tickets for my event, they keep disappearing after I click save. Not sure what is going on.

Thanks for emailing support. Can you try testing for conflicts with your theme and other plugins? If you would prefer not to do this on your live site, WP Staging will let you create a quick copy of your live site that you can use for testing. Let me know what you find!

your theme and other plugins (with WP_DEBUG enabled)?Once you get the debug results, please reply with those.

You’re totally welcome to follow along as I help troubleshoot this issue with Yalanda. In fact, you can subscribe to receive an email when there are updates to this thread. If you’d like direct support, however, it would be awesome if you could open a new thread. We find it’s much easier to address one reported issue at a time in a thread and that sometimes seemingly similar issues wind up being something completely different.

ParticipantFound this on your list of known issues and apparently it’s fixed? I’m still facing the problem and apparently so are many of your other customers as I poke around these forums.
I previously managed to get tickets tested before, so it’s not because I didn’t set them up correctly.

Do you have Redis cache or are using WP Engine cache? You may want to create a separate ticket for your issue since I cannot see any of your info.

ParticipantNo I don’t. I have WP Super Cache installed and clearing cache doesn’t work.
My point here is that the problem of disappearing tickets appears to be much larger than you guys think.

ParticipantApparently all of your replies have been landing in my junk folder. I will try the WP_DEBUG. I don’t know how exactly to use this.
I have added no new plugins since the inception of this site. I use the same setup year after year and the only thing that has changed is that I updated the events calendar and the ticketing plugin. I don’t know how to edit the php,etc which is why I have the premium support because I am not savvy enough to troubleshoot this type of problem. Now I will have to go an find a tutorial on wp debug to attempt it. In the meantime my client is furious because they can’t sell any tickets after paying for these plugins. I will reply once I have made an attempt.

ParticipantI went into my control panel via my hosting account and deleted the calendar and ticket plungin. I reloaded the plugin and that seems to have fixed whatever problem was occuring.
