Enable Deposits on Events Tickets Plus

Hi,

I purchased events tickets plus specifically for the interface with Woocommerce. I’d like to offer clients an option to pay a deposit on higher cost courses. Is there a setting or plugin I can use to configure this within Events Tickets Plus?

Thanks for emailing support. Our plugin doesn’t offer this however since the tickets are products in Woocommerce you can add some like Woocommerce Deposits which will help you achieve this goal.

Hi Brendan,

Thank you for getting back to me. I’ve tried a couple of deposit plugins on clean installs but none of them activates a deposit option inside Events Tickets Plus.

I love the product but having deposits on tickets is a must have for this project.

Would you let me know how to start the process for a refund on Event Tickets Plus?

(if deposit functionality is ever added to Event Tickets PLus I’ll be back in a flash!)
