    Hi there,

You are able to add custom fields to the form but there aren’t conditional logic possibilities.

When displaying attendees it’s just a toggle on and off so there are no options on what is shown in regards to information.

    Thanks,
    Brendan

    Hi there,

    Thanks for emailing support.

This is possible with the Event Tickets plus plugin. There is an option to show attendees who have already registered.

    Thanks,

    Hi Deb,

Thanks for emailing support. You can use the license on one site only. However if you need multiple sites, we do offer different upgrades that give you more sites.

    Thanks,

    Hi there,

Thanks for emailing support. It looks like the images are there now so it would be hard or impossible really to troubleshoot.

Has the issue been resolved completely? If not, do you have a link to an event where this is happening?

    Thanks
    Brendan

    Hi Jake,

Thanks for considering our products. Its definitely something it can handle however it would require a lot of custom development to make it work/function as describe.

We do all you to modify the plugin and offer a themer’s guide to help with naming conventions.

Let me know if you have any other questions.

    Thanks,
    Brendan

    Hi there,

Thanks for emailing support and sorry you are having a 404 issue. Easiest thing to check and a common fix is to go into Settings > Permalinks and click “save” at the bottom.

    That usually solves this issue.

Let me know how that goes.

    Thanks,
    Brendan

    Hi there,

Thanks for emailing support and sorry you are having issues with the time on recurring events.

The time definitely should not be changing, only the actual date. Sounds like there is a conflict. To get you started on troubleshooting: First, please make sure you are using the most current versions of all of our plugins. You can also try reinstalling them by following these instructions. If that doesn’t help, the next step in troubleshooting this is going to be testing for conflicts with your theme and other plugins (with WP_DEBUG enabled). If you need a testing environment, the free WP Staging plugin will let you create a quick copy of your live site that you can use for testing.

Let me know what you find.

    Thanks,
    Brendan

    Hi there,

Here are some user guides on setting Event tickets up with Woocommerce:

To achieve what you want you basically have to create an event and create a ticket for this event in the same edit page. You will find more info about how to create and manage your tickets in the following links:

    https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/making-tickets/
    https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/new-user-primer-event-tickets/

You will also find more information about WooCommerce-Specific Ticket Settings in the following article:

    https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/woocommerce-specific-ticket-settings/

Here is a link to all of our Event Tickets Plus articles:

    https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/plugin/event-tickets-plus/

I hope this helps! If you have any other questions at all please feel free to let me know and I’d be happy to help as best I can!

    Thanks,
    Brendan

    Hi there,

The actual events are handled buy the events calendar. So if a community member fills out the form and posts an event and/or ticket this will then show up in your events calendar. As for targeting or identifying where a user is located. Its possible but not included so it would take some custom development to achieve this.

    Thanks,
    Brendan

    Hi there!

Thanks for reaching out to us! ?

Resending of tickets is only possible for paid tickets by going to the ticket order and selecting resend tickets action.

I don’t think there is a plan to build such functionality in the future, but it could be a good idea to post in our User Voice.

    Best,
    Brendan
