    Hi there,

Go into the event and click the “settings” gear icon in the ticket box. Is there a tribecommerce option there as well and if so is it checked? Your issue is common with something conflicting with tribecommerce so we need to rule this out first.

    Thanks,
    Brendan

    Hi there,

Thanks for emailing support. Out of the box, no this is not possible. You could probably do this but it would take a lot of custom development to make it work seamlessly.

    Thanks,
    Brendan

    Hi there,

Thanks for the info. Next step would be to see if you have TribeCommerce enabled as well since this would conflict with Woocommerce. If you go into Events > Settings >Tickets … Is tribecommerce checked? If so, uncheck this and try to create a ticket.

    Thanks,
    Brendan

    Hi there,

Thanks for emailing support. When creating your events, you will want to add the event category on the right and also add any tags for form, theme, etc.

To get these to show up in your filter bar, you would go into Events > Settings > Filter Bar and choose the event categories and tags options.

    Thanks,
    Brendan

    Hi Dylan,

Thanks for emailing support. Unfortunately shared capacity isn’t an option on import. You can review all Ticket import options here.

In regards to a workaround… the only thing I would be able to suggest is creating some type of query in your database to make these changes in bulk. This is an advanced option and would require research on your end.

    Thanks,
    Brendan

    Hi there,

Thanks for emailing support and sorry you are experiencing issues with the account.

If the license was purchased by someone else, then the license is tied to the email address and password they used at checkout, and you do not have one for yourself at this time. Let us know what happens with their account access and such, if you want some more specific help with your own account and would want to move the license-holder information account, shoot an email to [email protected] with an in-depth overview of your situation (or at least a link to this forum topic! ? ) We might be able to help make things easier from there.

Provide as much detail as possible.

    Thanks,
    Brendan

    Hi there,

Thanks for emailing support and sorry you are having issues. This is mostly like due to a version mismatch. I see you do not have the latest version of Event Tickets Plus installed.

Try updating it to the latest version (should be 4.7.6) and let me know if that solves the issue.

    Thanks,
    Brendan

    Hi there,

Thanks for email support and sorry you are having issues. Sounds like there is a conflict. First, I would complete disconnect Eventbrite at Events > Settings API and reconnect. If that doesn’t work then there could be a conflict with another plugin. To test for conflicts, please make sure you are using the most current versions of all of our plugins. You can also try reinstalling them by following these instructions. If that doesn’t help, the next step in troubleshooting this is going to be testing for conflicts with your theme and other plugins (with WP_DEBUG enabled). If you need a testing environment, the free WP Staging plugin will let you create a quick copy of your live site that you can use for testing.

Let me know what you find.

Would you be willing to share your system information? That will allow me to check for possible conflicts and see your current calendar settings. You can snag that by heading to Events > Help, copying the information that is at the bottom of the screen, then paste it here for me as a private reply.

    Thanks,
    Brendan

    Hi there,

    Thanks for emailing support.

To implement an end date on a recurring event, just click edit all next to one of the recurring events. You can then change the details to end on a specific date. Doing so will remove all future events that go past this date. To avoid bloat, I suggest limited the creation of future events to 1 month and setting a 1 month time to remove events that have passed this time as well.

In regards to part B of your question. Indefinitely means the recurrence never ends, so it will continue to recurring based on the settings you have chosen.

Let me know if you have any other questions.

    Thanks,
    Brendan

Hey there and thanks for getting in touch!

We’d be happy to help — but I do want to note that our pre-sales forum is used to answer questions about purchasing our premium plugins.

If you’re looking for technical support, it would be awesome if you could post your question to our WordPress.org support forum.

Or, if you already have an active license for one of the premium plugins, will you please log into your account and post your topic to our premium support forum instead?

    Thanks so much!

    Thanks,
    Brendan

    Hi there,

Yes, you can use the free calendar on any site. Some sites may not need all the functionality of the Pro version so definitely install the free version and see if it meets your needs. Go here to view the current price of Agency license.

    Thanks,

    Hi there,

Thanks for the info. Yes, go ahead and update everything to the latest versions since this could be causing a conflict in various scripts.

Let me know how that goes.

    Thanks,
    Brendan
