    Hi there,

Thanks for the info. We are not able to log into customer accounts, unfortunately. I have seen this happen before when Jetpack is enabled. Not sure what exactly causes the issue with the conflict, but try deactivated jetpack next time this happens and see if you are able to activate the event tickets plugin.

If that doesn’t help, the next step in troubleshooting this is going to be testing for conflicts with your theme and other plugins (with WP_DEBUG enabled). If you need a testing environment, the free WP Staging plugin will let you create a quick copy of your live site that you can use for testing.

Let me know what you find.

    Thanks,
    Brendan

    Hi there,

Thanks for the info. I just helped someone else with the same issue and she had made modifications to the css and added functions to her theme which caused the issue. When you switch to the default theme with no modifications, does the issue still exist? To get you started on troubleshooting: First, please make sure you are using the most current versions of all of our plugins. You can also try reinstalling them by following these instructions. If that doesn’t help, the next step in troubleshooting this is going to be testing for conflicts with your theme and other plugins (with WP_DEBUG enabled). Hi Karl,

Ah, sorry about that! Yes, with the pro version you can select a different template from your theme that does not include the sidebar.

    Thanks,
    Brendan

    Hi there,

Thanks for reaching out! The Pro version will not fix an issue like this. I’d be happy to help you with this issue on the free version, you can post in our community forum on wordpress.org, which we review weekly to check for bug reports. If you need more in-depth support, you will need to purchase a license.

    Thanks,
    Brendan

    Hi there,

    Thanks for reaching out.

Unfortunately this is not a feature and the only way currently is to break the event from its series to add a separate ticket.

I would recommend casting your vote for the feature request so that you can stay up to date on progress.

    Thanks,
    Brendan

    Hi there,

Thanks for emailing support and sorry you are having issues with the update. This can happen sometimes if the connection to update the files was interrupted. Please try to manually update the plugin and let me know how that goes.

    Thanks,
    Brendan

    Hi there,

Thanks for reaching out! I’d be happy to help you with this, but first will you please post this question in ourEvents Calendar PRO forum? We use the Pre-Sales forum to answer questions about the features of our premium plugins for those interested in purchasing them.

If you have not purchased one of our premium plugins, you can post in our community forum on wordpress.org, which we review weekly to check for bug reports. If you need more in-depth support, you will need to purchase a license.

    Thanks,

    Hi there,

Thanks for emailing support and sorry you are having issues. Sounds like there is a conflict. You can also try installing this plugin to dequeue scripts from the calendar and see if that solves the issue.

    Thanks,
    Brendan

Hey there and thanks for getting in touch!

We’d be happy to help — but I do want to note that our pre-sales forum is used to answer questions about purchasing our premium plugins.

Timezone settings are not a premium feature.

If you’re looking for technical support in regards to properly set the timezones, it would be awesome if you could post your question to our WordPress.org support forum.

Or, if you already have an active license for one of the premium plugins, will you please log into your account and post your topic to our premium support forum instead?

    Thanks so much!

    Thanks,
    Brendan

    Hi there,

Thanks for emailing support. Yes, the client will get update notifications in their admin area just like any plugin. If the license is expired it will let them know this as well. If they do not renew, the plugin will still function but no updates will be available. They can either renew an expired license or purchase a new one and set up a new account.

    Thanks,
    Brendan

    Hey there!

Thanks for emailing support and sorry you are experiencing issues.

Would you be willing to share your system information? That will allow me to check for possible conflicts and see your current calendar settings. You can snag that by heading to Events > Help, copying the information that is at the bottom of the screen, then paste it here for me as a private reply.

Thanks so much for your help!
