KeymasterHi there,
Thanks for emailing support.
You can use Event Tickets Plus with Woocommerce which will allow you to create a coupon code that can be configured as a percentage off or dollar amount. however, it will need to be used by person registering and will not be applied automatically.
Thanks,
BrendanBrendan
KeymasterHi there,
Thanks for emailing support. You can save the field sets for attendee information but you would have to create a new RSVP on each new event.

KeymasterHi there,
Thanks for emailing support. All you need to do is get your license key from My Account > License Keys and paste the same key on the two new sites in your site admin area located at Events > Settings > Licenses.
Let me know how that goes.
Thanks,

KeymasterHi there,
Thanks for emailing support!
To change your week to start on a Sunday, simply go into Settings > General and at the bottom, you should be able to switch the day from Monday to Sunday.
Let me know how that goes.

KeymasterHi there,
I’m sorry you are having that issue.
You can perform a manual update downloading the plugin from your downloads page (https://theeventscalendar.com/my-account/downloads/) and following this guide > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/manual-updates/
Please let me know if that works for you.
Thanks,

KeymasterHi there,
Thanks for emailing support. Out of the box, it’s not possible but if you are comfortable with coding you can check out our Themer’s Guide to instruct you on what templates control the different layouts.

KeymasterHi there,
Thanks for emailing support. You will still have full functionality, just no updates or access to premium support.

KeymasterHi there,
Thanks for emailing support. Yes, you can upgrade in your account to the next license. If you go into My Account > Licenses. We run a number of sales and promotions throughout the year and you can find the latest and greatest offers listed on our Deals, Coupons & Discounts! page.
If nothing there fits exactly what you’re looking for, I’d suggest either subscribing to our email newsletter or following us on Twitter because we also make those announcements there.
Cheers!

KeymasterHi there,
Thanks for emailing support. The purchase flow of the ticket is first to add it to the cart from the event page. Once it’s in the shopping cart, if the customer already has an account, the checkout process should be fairly quick. If not, they would need to go through the steps of registering and paying.
Thanks,

KeymasterHi there,
Thanks for emailing support. I see the issue. Try adding this custom CSS in Avada > Theme Options > Custom CSS:
h3.tribe-events-list-event-title.entry-title.summary { display: block; }Let me know how that goes.
Thanks,

KeymasterHi there,
This isn’t an option, however I have seen customers use something like onepush that will notify users that subscribe. Kinda like an RSS. I would do a Google search. Since the events are just a post really, any plugin that sends out post notifications would work.
Thanks,

KeymasterThanks for reaching out! I’d be happy to help you with this, but first will you please post this question in ourEvents Calendar PRO forum? We use the Pre-Sales forum to answer questions about the features of our premium plugins for those interested in purchasing them.
If you have not purchased one of our premium plugins, you can post in our community forum on wordpress.org, which we review weekly to check for bug reports. If you need more in-depth support, you will need to purchase a license.
Thanks,

KeymasterHi there,
The Events Calendar widget creates a mini-grid calendar in your sidebar. Days with events are darker and show a dot. The current month is clearly labeled in the widget’s header. Readers can view events in future or past months using the AJAX navigation at the top of the calendar.
You can choose how many events to list below the calendar (if any). Users can click on days with events to update the list with that day’s events. The listed events are linked to the individual event pages. If you choose to show no listed events, the calendar date will link to a Day View showing those events. If you do not enter a title on the widget admin page, none will appear when viewing the widget on the frontend.
Thanks,
Brendan -
