I’ve got a batch of tickets I’d like to import through CSV, but I can’t find a way to set the tickets to shared capacity.
Is this currently possible or is there a workaround that doesn’t involve editing every single event manually?
Thanks for emailing support. Unfortunately shared capacity isn’t an option on import. You can review all Ticket import options here.
In regards to a workaround… the only thing I would be able to suggest is creating some type of query in your database to make these changes in bulk. This is an advanced option and would require research on your end.
