MemberHi,
Thanks for using our plugins. I can help out here.
I have changed your license to Event Tickets Plus and removed Pro.
You should now see that in your account to download.
Let me know if you have any follow up questions.
Thanks

MemberHi,
Sorry for the confusion.
But I was heading out for a couple days and with 6 different support connections to us I wanted to get your issue resolved by email first.
We also do not provide support on the Pre Sales Forum for any plugin and only support the free plugin on WordPress.org.
I see we have responded to you by email with the account and we will be glad to help out in the premium forum.
I am going to close this thread here as this is another thread not related to your issue.
But to help get this moving forward.
Please confirm you have the latest version of the Events Tickets and Event Tickets Plus, which is 4.2.5
Then please review the New User Primer for Event Tickets Plus to see how the plugins work and verify the settings are correct:
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/new-user-primer-event-tickets/
If you believe that it is already setup please follow our testing for conflicts guide:
And see if that can narrow down the cause of this.
Then please post the results in your own thread in the premium forum and we can help out.
Thanks
Brian
MemberHi,
Thanks for using the Events Calendar.
Here on the pre-sales forum, I’m afraid we do not provide technical support. I would ask that you take any technical support questions across to our wordpress.org forum – our staff scan it periodically and other community members may also be able to help out.
Having Said that please see this post about Google Maps:
https://wordpress.org/support/topic/please-note-issues-with-google-maps-not-working
And then if you continue to have issues please post a new thread in the forum and we can help out.
Thanks again!

MemberHi,
Thanks for using our plugins. I can help out here.
Both the free version and Pro of The Events Calendar must be active to get the features of Pro.
So you can keep all your existing events and settings and start using Pro once active.
I recommend reviewing our New User Primer to get started:
New User Primer: The Events Calendar and Events Calendar Pro
Let me know if you have any follow up questions.
Thanks

MemberHello,
Sorry for the issues you are having.
Can you please try removing your license keys from your account on TheEventsCalendar.com and then reactivating them on your site to see if that resolves the issue.
To do that, login to your account and go to My Account > License Keys
Click “Disconnect now” next to all the urls and go to your site and add those license keys back.
Let me know how that works out for you.
Thanks

MemberHi,
Sorry for the issues you are having.
The issues appears to be in the latest version of iCal.
To fix the issue please downgrade to iCal Importer 4.2.3
You can download the older versions from your account here on theeventscalendar.com
From there you can either delete and then reimport everything or load the site from a backup.
That will protect your events from changing then until we can get a fix out for this, which we are working on.
Thanks

MemberHI,
Thanks for purchasing our plugins.
The plugins do not reply on the license key to work so you can download and setup on any install you would like for testing.
The license gives you access to automated updates so typically you only need to enter that on the site you want to have that.
If you have more questions I encourage you to check out our license articles:
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase-category/purchase-install/
And if something is still not clear then create another support question and we can help out.
Cheers
Brian

MemberHi,
Thanks for the interest in our plugins. I can answer your questions.
Our plugins only work in WordPress so you might be able to setup a WordPress install and embed using an iframe, but we are limited in being able to support that.
You can try it out in the core version of the Events Calendar found for free on WordPress.org: https://wordpress.org/plugins/the-events-calendar/
Let me know if you have any follow up questions.
Thanks
