GuestHello! I was looking to purchase the pro version however I can’t even get the events calendar to work with my site. This is what it currently looks like http://www.crossfitsofla.com/events/ however if you refresh the page after it loads just fine. What is the issue and how can I fix it?

Here on the pre-sales forum, I’m afraid we do not provide technical support. I would ask that you take any technical support questions across to our wordpress.org forum – our staff scan it periodically and other community members may also be able to help out.

GuestNo, the problem I have has not been resolved!!
I am going in circles with getting support from you! So difficult and frustrating!
You direct us to go to wordpress.org for “free” support to only tell us you cannot provide assistance there.
Then, I am trying to login to get support for the product that I have a license for and you close the thread without helping me. What is going on? I want to fix the issue I am having and need your help!

Sorry for the confusion.
But I was heading out for a couple days and with 6 different support connections to us I wanted to get your issue resolved by email first.
We also do not provide support on the Pre Sales Forum for any plugin and only support the free plugin on WordPress.org.
I see we have responded to you by email with the account and we will be glad to help out in the premium forum.
I am going to close this thread here as this is another thread not related to your issue.
But to help get this moving forward.
Please confirm you have the latest version of the Events Tickets and Event Tickets Plus, which is 4.2.5
Then please review the New User Primer for Event Tickets Plus to see how the plugins work and verify the settings are correct:

If you believe that it is already setup please follow our testing for conflicts guide:
And see if that can narrow down the cause of this.
Then please post the results in your own thread in the premium forum and we can help out.
