    Hi,

Thanks for using our plugins. I can help out here.

Tickets can be bought from the shop page, but the Category Viability has to be set to show there.

You can find that setting in the Publish Box for each ticket product, that is in the Product section and not in the event itself.

If you always want them visible as by default they are hidden you can use this snippet to do that for all new tickets:

    https://gist.github.com/jesseeproductions/5768685acc4cd48cdd81

Add that snippet to your theme’s functions.php to change it.

Let me know if you have any follow up questions.

    Thanks

    Hi,

Sorry for the issues you are having. I can help troubleshoot this with you.

Have you setup the tickets under WooCommerce?

If so the ticket emails are only sent have an order is marked complete, can you confirm the ticket orders are marked complete.

Also, are you getting the Order Notification Emails just not the ticket emails?

Let me know and we can go from here.

    Thanks

    Hi,

Thanks for using our plugins. I can help out here.

For the date picker format we do not have periods, but have a

    15-01-2016

You can change that setting here:

Events > Settings > Display Tab > Datepicker Date Format

You can change the Week Starts with a WordPress setting.

Go to WordPress Settings > General > “Week Starts On”

That changes the datepicker and the rest of your calendar to start on that day of the week.

    Cheers

    Hi tanyazailer,

It looks like you have a different issue. Please activate the automatic updates on your site following this guide to update the plugin: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/finding-and-inputting-your-license-key/

Or you can download the latest version from your account here on theeventscalendar.com

And follow these steps to manually update:

If you have further problems please create your own topic and we can help you one on one with it.

    Thanks

    Hi,

Thanks for the interest in our plugins. I can answer your questions.

We do not have a feature to display the month view on the home page.

WE are working on shortcodes to do that, but I do not have a timeline when that will happen.

For now it could be possible with a customization, but that is beyond the support we can provide.

Also, here on the pre-sales forum, I’m afraid we do not provide technical support. I would ask that you take any technical support questions across to our wordpress.org forum – our staff scan it periodically and other community members may also be able to help out.

    Hi,

Sorry for the issues you are having. I can help out.

If you updated 4.1 in the first 48 hours and did not go back later and change the plugin folder names, which was the cause of this then on the update to 4.1.1 it would cause the plugins to deactivate as it would change the folder names again to the correct ones.

The good news is the 4.1.1 release and after the first 48 hours of 4.1 we fixed the folder issue and this should no longer be a problem going forward now they are back to normal for you.

If you continue to have issues on a future update please let us know so we can resolve it.

    Thanks

    Hi,

Thanks for using our plugins. I can help out here.

That is a feature of WordPress it will not allow you to upload a plugin that already exists and the method you did you update is correct.

We also have this guide to help people.

    Manual Updates

And if you setup Automatic Updates you do not need to do the manual update as it will take care of it.

    Hi,

Sorry for the mix up. I do like the idea of the cross-use license.

Anyway to request a refund of your business license please follow our policy outlined here:

    Refund Policy

And we can take care of it.

Then you can get the two personal licenses.

    Thanks

    Hi Graeme,

Thanks for posting here. I can certainly help you here, but we can help you better if you create your own topic in the forum, where we can interact with you one on one.

Please follow along with what I asked Esty to do in these two replies:

    Eventbrite ticket wont create

    Eventbrite ticket wont create

Then you can let me know what you find out in a new topic and we can help you there, but if you like you can still post what you find here.

    Thanks
