    Hello,
    I am not able to create a new eventbrite ticket as usual. After creating a new event and creating an eventbrite ticket , the ticket is not created on the eventbrite site or in the event itself. there is no error msg, it says event updated but no ticket created.
    I believe it began after the recent update.
    Eventbrite account and plugin syncs as usual.

    Hi,

    Sorry for the issues you are having. I can help troubleshoot this with you.

    You are trying to create a ticket with the event first published in WordPress and the initial registration with Eventbrite, correct?

    I went through the initial process on my test site and published a new event and registered it with Eventbrite with one new ticket and it worked for me.

    Let me know where you are in the process and we can go from there to get this resolved.

    Thanks for the reply.

    Well, I went through the initial process and its still not working for me.
    Im creating new event.
    Register this event with evetbrite.com? Yes
    editing the rest
    hit publish
    event is published
    and nothing.
    in the eventbrite ticket section there’s no ticket in the eventbrite site there is no ticket.
    I get no error.

    In Eventbrite is the event you created showing there? Or just the tickets are not showing in the event?

    In eventbrite, not the event and not the tickets appear.
    In my wordpress site, only the event is created with no ticket.

    Then it appears there is something wrong with your app connection to Eventbrite.

    As it will create an Event in Eventbrite itself with tickets in there.

    If that event is not created on their site no tickets can show on your WordPress site.

    Please verify all the settings are setup from this guide:

    https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/configuring-eb-tickets/

    If that is not done 100% correct it will not work.

    And the urls must match exactly for the APP to work.

    So, the connections are seems to be ok as instructed.
    I should mention that it used to work and i had successfully created events until now.
    I even deleted the first setup (the one that stopped working) and created new keys and synced the wordpress site to the eventbrite site again but still – not working..

    Ok I am not able to reproduce the issue and had another customer with a similar issue, but we were able to get it working, by redoing the settings.

    It could be a conflict.

    Can you please follow our testing for conflicts guide:

    And see if that can narrow down the cause of this.

    And if that does not help narrow down the issue please setup WordPress Debug to see what errors are showing when you try to recreate the issue a couple times in this file: /wp-content/debug.log
