Change the license

Hi, when we bought the pro business license we did get the impression that filter bar was included. I’ve now realized that this is not the case. Is it possible to downgrade the business license to personal and then add another personal license for the filter bar?

You should consider to add the possibility to cross-use the licenses. So when you buy three pro licenses you could spend a slot on another product. To avoid misuse, the slot can be locked to the new product after it is changed. just a thought.

Sorry for the mix up. I do like the idea of the cross-use license.

Anyway to request a refund of your business license please follow our policy outlined here:

And we can take care of it.

Then you can get the two personal licenses.
