MemberHi,
Sorry for the issues you are having. I can help troubleshoot this with you.
Have you setup the tickets under WooCommerce?
If so the ticket emails are only sent have an order is marked complete, can you confirm the ticket orders are marked complete.
Also, are you getting the Order Notification Emails just not the ticket emails?
Let me know and we can go from here.
Thanks

ParticipantHi.
The order was not completed, but I completed it now.
But the ticket email is still not sent. I tried resending it manually, but still nothing.
I also tried resending the “New Order”-email. But I get no emails what so ever.
I also tried sending a password reset email for my site login, but that doesn’t get sent either.
Do you have any ideas?

MemberIt looks like your site is not able to send emails. Which happens depending on your hosting.
I would look into setting up SMTP email on your site following this guide:

ParticipantOkay. I’ll look into it. I’ll talk to my email host as well, to see if they can clear things up.
It is very strange, because last week it worked fine.

ParticipantHi
I talked to my email hosting provider, and they said I had to talk to my hosting provider for PHP Mail (we use different providers for mail and web hosting). When I talked to my hosting provider, I suddenly received an email form my site for a cancelled order. I did some testing and everything seems to be working now. Ticket confirmations, password resetting and everything.
My mail provider said they didn’t do anything, but they must have done something, because now it works.
Anyway, thanks a lot for your help and patience.
