    Hi Michael,

    Just to add to what Gustavo said, when there are no events we show a 404 error and that is why you are getting a Page Not Found message in the title.

    As Gustavo says we are working on changing this method to give you an option on what to do.

    If you add an event the Page Not Found title should not appear.

    Sorry for the issues you are having. I can help out.

    The License key is only needed for automatic updates so the plugin will still work without it.

    Are you developing the site on a localserver or some place that might not have access to the internet?

    If you believe it should work and you wait a day and try again it should work.

    Ok so recurring events work with dates on the url.

    When you create a single event that does not work, correct?

    Do you have any pages called event or events?

    Also, if in the event settings you change the default slug from events to something else and then resave permalinks does that help the single event show?

    Hi,

    Thanks for the interest in our plugins.

    Unfortunately, we do not have a feature to show past events as you suggest.

    The events are custom post types so you maybe to create a custom loop to create what you are asking for.

    This article we have gives examples on making loops for events:

    Using tribe_get_events

    That is about as much we can help on customizations.

    Hi,

    Thanks for the interest in our Ticketing Plugins.

    Currently, the name of the ticket is only the person who purchases. So if one person purchases 5 tickets, all are in their name.

    In WooCommerce Tickets you could use a a plugin such as this to limit every order to one ticket per purchase to get around it:

    WooCommerce Advanced Product Quantities

    We are working on a feature so that will be able to do as you ask, but I do not have a timeline for its release.

    Hi,

    Sorry for the issues, I can help troubleshoot this with you.

    Usually when getting the “Sorry, key validation server is not available.” is the plugin is blocked from connecting to our server, which often happens on development environments.

    The license key is not needed for the plugin to work it is only needed for automatic updates.

    You could wait to try and activate the license once the site is live.

    Hi,

    I am showing you have two licenses that are set to expire in June 2015.

    So you are getting the full year out of them and they are set to active in the system here.

    The mail you got in the fall was for another Facebook License that expired in October 2014.

    Hi Marc and Timo,

    Thanks for using our plugins. It is not currently, a feature to select a category or specify a category for a Facebook imported event. We are in the process of updating the API to the latest version and then will be looking to add new features such as this.

    If you would like to request that feature please head to our UserVoice Page and add your own or upvote that feature as they will increase the chances of it being added to a future version.

    Hi,

    Thanks for the interest in Facebook Events. The plugin is only an importer. The Facebook API does not have the capabilities to create a Event in Facebook, they can only be imported into your site using our plugin.

    I do not have a timeline for the next release, but hoping it will be out before May, but that is not a guarantee.

    We are working to optimize the import process, but there still will be a limit how many that will be able to be imported.

    You can use the contact form on the site to inquire about custom solutions, but I am unable to provide anything on the forums.

    Not sure why it is not notifying of an update. Do you have the license key in place and verified? Automatic Updates for Pro require the license key.

    Also, when we update The Events Calendar, Pro is updated as well so that is something to look for.

    If when we release the next version you do not get an update notice for Pro then please post here on the forum.

    Hi,

    Thanks for the interest in WooCommerce Tickets.

    You can use WooCommerce’s Coupon’s with the tickets.

    So you could create a coupon and share that code with your members to use.

    Does that work for you?
