Hi there. I have some very specific demands for ticket sales. And I am hoping your plugin maybe able to help. If possible I will layout how I need the system to behave. Would you be able to advise if the below is possible?

So to clarify the booking system as a whole.

    Tickets available:

    1. Standing
    2. Seated
    3. Ticket 1
    4. Ticket 2
    5. Ticket 3
    6. Ticket 4
    7. Ticket 5

Tickets can be booked in multiples, anything over 10 (of the same type) gives an automatic 10% discount.

Additional Coupon code box for other discounts.

At checkout £3.50 postage charge is added.

    Checkout is through WorldPay.

Customer gets invoice and purchase notification, but no ticket is sent to customer.

    Admin is notified of sale.

Admin prints out the following info on a ticket machine from a PDF – name, ticket type, order ID. Plus a barcode. The pdf is a custom size (6.00 x 2.95 inches).

    Admin can re-print any tickets.

tickets must be generated for each product within an order the relevant details on, as above:

    1. Standing
    2. Seated
    3. Ticket 1
    4. Ticket 2
    5. Ticket 3
    6. Ticket 4
    7. Ticket 5

if 1 order contains 2 of each of the above items, admin would need to print each ticket out, not 1 for the total order.

The admin has the ability to bulk print tickets? Perhaps items not marked as shipped but marked as paid?

Sorry if it is so much!!!

    Thanks

    Hi,

Thanks for the interest in our Ticketing Plugins.

However, we do not have the features you are looking for with major customizations to the plugin, which is beyond the support we can provide.

All the ticketing plugins are just simple admission system.

Let me know if you have any follow up questions.

    Thanks
