Receiving – Sorry, key validation server is not available – error

Hi there,
Have installed the plugin and am trying to add in the license key for Events Calendar Pro however i am receiving the error “Sorry, key validation server is not available.”

Currently the website is being developed on build.pursuitfitness.com.au and will later transfer to pursuitfitness.com.au but am not sure if this would cause a problem. Could you please advise so i know if this is an element that i will need to work on once have switched over the url.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Sorry for the issues, I can help troubleshoot this with you.

Usually when getting the “Sorry, key validation server is not available.” is the plugin is blocked from connecting to our server, which often happens on development environments.

The license key is not needed for the plugin to work it is only needed for automatic updates.

You could wait to try and activate the license once the site is live.
