    Hi there,

I am writing on behalf of my client Patty who purchased the Events Calendar Pro plugin after her site was launched. She used to have a page that showed the full calendar. A couple of weeks ago, she and I started working on updating the navigation and the home page. On Friday, I got this email from her:

“The Event Calendar has disappeared. When boothbaywellness.org/events was at the top of the menu hierarchy, I was able to select the BIG CALENDAR view, then I renamed it “calendar” and moved it BELOW the “Upcoming Events” page. It seemed to work for a while and then stopped and reverted to a weird page view.”

Here is the page she is talking about: http://boothbaywellness.org/events/ On the site, it is the link titled “Calendar” in the drop-down below “Events”. Do you know what happened and how to change it back?

    Thanks!

    Suzy

    Hi,

Sorry for the issues you are having. I can help troubleshoot this with you.

Not sure what happened to the site, could have been a setting change or a new conflict could have been created.

To help narrow down the issue can you please follow our testing for conflicts guide:

Testing Conflicts With Themes and Other Plugins

Let me know if that helps find the issue and we can go from there.

    Thanks

    Ok thanks for the information.

Please go to your Genesis Theme Settings.

In the Content Archives Section does changing the first selection to Display post content and then making sure the number below that box is 0 bring the calendar back?

If not maybe using this snippet in your child theme’s function.php file will bring it back:
