MemberHi,
I can help with this.
It looks like your license is attached to this url:
visitcampbellsvilleky.com
Your license is correctly renewed through March 2016.
Are you trying to add it to the site on that url again and it is not taking it?
If so please login to your account on this site go to the license section under my accounts in the upper right corner.
Click Disconnect next to your license.
Now you should be able to add it to your site.
Let me know if that does not work for you.
Thanks
Brian
MemberOk thanks for the information.
Please go to your Genesis Theme Settings.
In the Content Archives Section does changing the first selection to Display post content and then making sure the number below that box is 0 bring the calendar back?
If not maybe using this snippet in your child theme’s function.php file will bring it back:

MemberSo When I visited the site I get a message “Maintenance mode is on Website will be available soon”
It looks like though the Plugins might not be on the latest version.
Can you verify The Events Calendar and the Events Calendar Pro are both on 3.9.1 and if not does upgrading to that resolve this?
Thanks

This thread is being closed and the concern will be answered in that thread.

MemberHi,
This is not a bug or error this is a change in WooCommerce itself.
You can read about the change here:
https://wordpress.org/support/topic/no-more-quantity-selector-after-update
They created this plugin to bring it back:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/woocommerce-quantity-increment/
And if you delete WooCommerce Tickets it should not delete your data, but it is always a good idea to backup before doing something like that.
Let me know if you have any follow up questions.
Thanks

MemberOk thanks for the information.
No need to check the database.
In the Event List in the Admin all the recurring events for a series should be in the list.
Are you using Windows server?
Also, if you in the events settings here:
Events > Settings > General Tab
If you change this setting “Create recurring events in advance for” from 24 to 12 months does it create all the events?
Let me know.
Thanks
Brian
MemberI am not sure if that would work. I am not able to troubleshoot custom coding for the most part.
I do not think the ‘== true’ is needed for either of those statements as I do not think it would return true.
You are going to have to play around with it some more to get it working how you would like.
Brian
MemberOk the plugin is suppose to catch the urls without the dates and direct them correctly. That is not working in your case.
Since this is a live site are you able to have a test site where you can upgrade the plugins and then create some new recurring events and see if those work or do more tests from there?
Brian
MemberThere is no meta for just the time it is included in the _EventStartDate.
You will have to search for some php functions to get just the time from the data/time variable in the format you would like.
I did a quick search and some of these results may help.

MemberHi,
Sorry for the issues you are having.
I see what you mean. The list view works, but the Month view looks to be producing an error and a white screen.
Please follow our testing for conflicts guide:
And see if that resolves the issue.
Also, I would look into your php error logs or turn on debug in your wp-config.php and see if that shows any errors that might cause this.
Here is a link for the WordPress debug:

Let me know what you find out and we can go from here.
Thanks

MemberHi,
Sorry for the issues you are having. We are unable to provide tech support on the Pre Sales Forum.
If you have an account please sign in and post in the Premium Forums, if not please post in the WordPress.org Support forum.
One thing to look into is if you have any shortcodes in all of the Events content areas, especially a WooCommerce shortcode that has caused this problem in the past. Removing those may fix this issue.
Thanks

MemberHi Damien,
Sorry for the issues you are having. I visited the site, but it has a password protection on it.
It sounds like a javascript error is causing the issues if all those things are broken.
Are you able to check your browser’s developer console and see if any errors show in the console there?
Let me know.
Thanks
Brian
MemberHi,
Thanks for using our plugins.
Events are Custom Post Types and are not considered Posts in WordPress. It maybe possible to do with custom coding, but we are not able to help with that.
Let me know if you have any follow up questions.
Thanks
