License Key Out of Installs

    I just renewed my Events Calendar Pro, added the new license key and received the “out of installs” error. I tried deleted and adding the new key, but I still receive the error. I only have 1 license. Please advise.

    Hi,

    I can help with this.

    It looks like your license is attached to this url:

    visitcampbellsvilleky.com

    Your license is correctly renewed through March 2016.

    Are you trying to add it to the site on that url again and it is not taking it?

    If so please login to your account on this site go to the license section under my accounts in the upper right corner.

    Click Disconnect next to your license.

    Now you should be able to add it to your site.

    Let me know if that does not work for you.

    that URL is correct. I also have another URL: campbellsvilleky.com. I followed your instructions and it accepted my new license key. However, it doesn’t look like anything has changed. I still cannot edit my events. Please advise.

    The license key is not needed for the plugin to work. It is only for the automatic updates.

    It sounds like there is a conflict.

    Please follow our testing for conflicts guide to see if you can narrow down what the issue is:
