MemberHi,
Thanks for using our plugins. I can help out some on theme compatibility issues, but not able to provide all the coding.
I found this css to make the sidebar show to the right and the event content on the left:
.tribe-is-responsive #left-area {
float: left;
width: 70%;
margin-right: 2%;
}
.tribe-is-responsive #sidebar {
width: 28%;
float: left;
}Add that css to your theme’s stylesheet or through a plugin such as Simple Custom CSS.
You may have to play around with the coding to get it to display how you want on mobile devices.
Thanks
Brian

MemberYou can try deleting the event and starting again with it, maybe it was just a glitch when saving.
Otherwise the testing for conflict steps are all we have to narrow down the issue.
If you cannot do it on a live site then I would recommended setting up staging site to do the tests on.
Brian
MemberUnfortunately, I am not finding the issue and it is not replicating in any other site I tested nor with the WordPress codex themes.
Not sure what is unique about your site, but if you say it still does it with a codex theme and with only events plugins active it could something on your server, but if that is the case there is no way for us to test that.
Until there is some more information on the issue there is nothing I can do on it right now.
Brian
MemberPlease follow our testing for conflict guide and see if that can help narrow down the issue:
Let me know what you find out and we can go from here.
Thanks

MemberHi,
Sorry for the issues you are having. I can help resolve this with you.
Please note the license keys are not needed for the plugin to work, they are only needed for automatic updates.
To get some information about the issue can you please try downloading this simple plugin called Validate URL:
https://www.dropbox.com/s/nyugz86o4401ayg/validate-url-.7.zip?dl=0
After Activating go to Tools > Validate URL
Enter in these two urls:
As well as these two IP addresses:
And let me know the response code you get.
If none of those are able to connect it means the site is blocked from accessing our servers and you would have to whitelist those ip addresses or check the connection if no sites are accessible such as google.com from the validator url check.
Let me know what you find out.
Thanks

MemberHi,
Thanks for using our plugins. I can help out here.
It looks like you are using Pro 3.8.1, which is causing the issue. Please update to the latest version of Pro 3.9.3.
You can find it in your account on this site.
Thanks
Brian
MemberHi,
Thanks for using our plugins.
It is not possible for our system to make an exception for staging sites.
The license is not needed for the plugins to work only for updates. So you can add the license on the staging site where you make the updates and then you would just push the changes to the live site.
Let me know if you have any follow up questions.
Thanks

MemberHi,
Thanks for using our plugins. I can help out here.
Unfortunately, the Eventbrite API only allows Paypal as a payment option we are not able to change that. That may change when we upgrade API’s next month, but that is on Eventbrite’s side to enable first.
As for changing currency to GBP are you using this guide to do it:
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/change-the-currency-for-eventbrite-tickets/
If you put the coding in your Parent theme or a custom plugin does it work there?
Let me know.
Thanks

MemberHi,
Thanks for the interest in our plugins. It maybe compatible with WooCommerce Tickets,but we cannot say for sure.
https://theeventscalendar.com/product/wordpress-wootickets/
We do offer a 30 day refund policy so if you try it and it does not work out we can offer you a refund.
Thanks
Brian
MemberHi,
Thanks for using the Events Calendar.
Here on the pre-sales forum, I’m afraid we do not provide customization support. I would ask that you take any customization support questions across to our wordpress.org forum – our staff scan it periodically and other community members may also be able to help out.
Thanks again!

MemberHi,
Thanks for the interest in our plugin.
We have the CSV Importer importing events.
The CSV importer does not have automated imports, but it is including with the core version of the Events Calendar found for free on WordPress.org:
This can only be done from the admin.
We have the Community Events Add On that can do front end submissions, but it is only do one event at a time.

Let me know if you have any follow up questions.

MemberHello,
Thanks for using our plugins. I can help out here.
I visited this link:
http://layama-reservations.com/events/categorie/festival/
And it does have Festival Events, however you have the week view selected so it shows the current week and there are no events. If you switch to list view you can see the events.
I am not sure what you are asking for part 2.
However, this is the link to the List View for the Festival Category:
http://layama-reservations.com/events/categorie/festival/liste/
Let me know if you have any follow up questions.
Thanks

MemberHi,
Sorry for the issues you are having. I can help troubleshoot them with you.
When I visited your site and was able to navigate on the month view and change The time of day for events.
Although it was really slow for me at times.
Do you have any caching on the site to help speed it up?
Do you get the same errors you are having after clearing your browser cache?
Let me know.
Thanks

MemberHi,
Thanks for the interest in our plugins.
What you are describing is not possible with our plugins.
You need to look for a booking solution such as WooCommerce Bookings.
Thanks
