Displaying a calendar and a list of a events of a category in wordpress?

Hello,

I have problem to display items by category (festival)

1. the calendar of a specific category

I followed your manual https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/event-categories/ but it doesnt work..
please check http://layama-reservations.com/events/categorie/festival/

the system says : No matching events listed under festival.

2.a list of a specific category
(Knowing that I have set a view by week by default)
I need to display a list of upcoming events of a category (festival)
I have seen your manual https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/linking-to-specific-event-views/
but it doesnt give me the solution to display the list by category and the way to do it in worpress – how can I modify an URL?

Hello,

Thanks for using our plugins. I can help out here.

I visited this link:

http://layama-reservations.com/events/categorie/festival/

And it does have Festival Events, however you have the week view selected so it shows the current week and there are no events. If you switch to list view you can see the events.

I am not sure what you are asking for part 2.

However, this is the link to the List View for the Festival Category:

For part 2, I was wondering if you know how, once I have built my URL, I can modify a link (of a page) in wordpress;
(or is there a way to enter manually a URl in wordpress?)

If not, it doesnt matter, I am using a widgetkit tool I can use to enter manually a link

The Events Calendar view links are not changeable without doing customizations, which are challenging.

You should be able to change regular pages in WordPress.

If you can add the direct link in that would be the quickest and easiest method.
