    Hi,

Thanks for the interest in our plugins.

We provide the plugins as is.

However, it is possible to customize them we are unable to support customizations.

You can find a list of Pro Features here:

    https://theeventscalendar.com/product/wordpress-events-calendar-pro/

You can try out the the core version of the Events Calendar found for free on WordPress.org:

    The Events Calendar

We have a demo of many of the features here:

    http://wpshindig.com/events/

And finally we have a themer’s guide for customizations here:

    https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/themers-guide/

Let me know if you have any follow up questions.

    Thanks

    Hi,

I sorry for the issues you are having.

Unfortunately, recurring events and our ticketing plugins do not work together to create tickets for each individual event. It only creates tickets in the first event of the series. If you need tickets for each separate event the only way to do that is create tickets manually.

We state that recurring events are not supported on the ticket product page and we also state this under the ticket creation area in the evnet: “Currently, WooTickets will only show up on the frontend once per full event. For PRO users this means the same ticket will appear across all events in the series. Please configure your events accordingly.”

Let me know if you have any follow up questions.

    Hi,

Thanks for using the Events Calendar.

Here on the pre-sales forum, I’m afraid we do not provide technical support. It looks like you have a Pro account so can you please sign in and create a new post on the premium forums?

Either way I did take a quick look at your site and this feed looks correct:

    http://cfwvconnect.com/community-calendar/events/feed/

And same with this category feed:

    http://cfwvconnect.com/community-calendar/events/category/college-planning-deadlines/feed/

For a better explanation of RSS feeds and how they are used please read this article to as using them with events and ordered by start date is not the typical use of rss feeds.

Let me know if you have any follow up questions.

    Thanks

For the 2nd point there are direct links to the views.

    These all worked for me:

    Month View:
    yoursite.com/?post_type=tribe_events&eventDisplay=month

    List View:
    yoursite.com/?post_type=tribe_events&eventDisplay=list

    Photo View:
    yoursite.com/?post_type=tribe_events&eventDisplay=photo

Do those not work for you?

    Hi,

Try changing the Events Template in the settings.

    Head to this page:

Events > Settings > Display Tab

    Then change this setting:

Events Template to Default Page Template

Let me know if that works.

    Thanks

I am glad to see you were able to figure it out.

I am going to go ahead and close this ticket. If you have a similar issue or another in the future, please do not hesitate to create a new ticket.

    Thanks!
