I’m trying to get the Event Date to show up on the Ticket that the user would get. The only date that’s showing is the date the ticket was purchased.
Everything looks good on the ticket and if I can get the date of the event to show I’ll be one happy customer. I’ve gone through the Forum but haven’t found what I’ve been looking for. Is there snippet available that I could add to the function.php file? I would rather do that because I’m not sure what to place inside the email.php.
May 21, 2015 at 6:29 am #964150tydennisParticipantWithin the template what should I change this to (tribe_get_start_date) in order to get the event date and not the start date? This is a recurring event and it was created on April 22nd which is why that date is showing up on the tickets.

I sorry for the issues you are having.
Unfortunately, recurring events and our ticketing plugins do not work together to create tickets for each individual event. It only creates tickets in the first event of the series. If you need tickets for each separate event the only way to do that is create tickets manually.
We state that recurring events are not supported on the ticket product page and we also state this under the ticket creation area in the evnet: “Currently, WooTickets will only show up on the frontend once per full event. For PRO users this means the same ticket will appear across all events in the series. Please configure your events accordingly.”
