    Ok great, glad it is working now.

    We do not have any features to automated importing events as you describe.

    These are some of the options I can think of:

    1) You could use gravity forms and then export the entries and then use the csv importer to get the information into the Events Calendar.

    2) You can use Gravity Forms and an add on plugin for it to create custom post types and from the form directly create events.

    3) If you are collecting events from people you could also use the Community Events plugin to use a front end form.

    Cheers

    Hi Mary,

    Glad one thing is fixed.

    Do you have the WordPress cron turned off?

    That could stop the recurring events from working.

    Can you also try to create another recurring event that just repeats weekly for a couple weeks as a test.

    Let me know what you find out.

    Cheers

    Hello,

    I sorry for the issues you are having.

    I can help out.

    It appears you are using The Events Calendar Pro 3.9

    Please update to The Events Calendar Pro 3.10 either by automatic update or by getting the latest version from your account on theeventscalendar.com.

    After you get the latest version please re-save permalinks and check the venues again.

    Thanks

    Hi,

    I just visited the front end of your site and found this css fixes the issue:

    .site-header .genesis-nav-menu .sub-menu {
    z-index: 115;
    }

    Add that css to your theme’s stylesheet or through a plugin such as Simple Custom CSS.

    For the Taize Service Event I used the same settings you had and the events were all created. Can you try on a new event and see if that works.

    Let me know if that helps.

    Thanks

    Hi,

    When I go to the dropdown list of Event Views Map view is not active.

    Can you confirm Pro is an active plugin and also this setting has Map view checked:

    Events > Settings > Display Tab > Enable event views

    Please let me know what you find out.

    Thanks

    Does you event have a venue? If it does not have a venue with an address the map view does not work as that is required.

    Also, I am getting 404 errors on the single events. Please resave your permalinks and see if that helps.

    Let me know if that helps make some progress on this.

    Thanks

    Hi,

    Glad it is moving forward.

    The mini calendar dos not have tooltips so that is correct.

    When you click on a date the events should show under the mini calendar for that date.

    That does not seem to be working still.

    It appears you have some css hiding it.

    This css is doing just that in local.css:

    .tribe-mini-calendar-list-wrapper {
    display: none;
    }

    Once visible though you may have to add some more css to style it better or get the Widget Stylesheet to load to correct that.

    Cheers.

    Hi,

    Sorry for the issues you are having with this. I can help troubleshoot it with you.

    I visited your site and see what you mean. Although it does not happen with every browser.

    I am not sure of the cause of this. It could be a server issue over a theme issue or a combination of both.

    The only thing I can suggest is to run through our testing for conflicts guide:

    Testing Conflicts With Themes and Other Plugins

    That would help narrow down the source of the issue.

    Let me know what you find out and especially if another theme is able to recreate the problem.

    Thanks
