    Hello,

We have a fix ready for the next release.

If you need the update in the meantime you can look to replace the month.php file.

This link* has the updated coding and location to fix this issue.

Let me know if that fixes the issue for you.

Or 3.11 should be out in a couple weeks here, but I do not have a timeline to give on that and it could be delayed.

    Thanks

*link removed by support as it might not work on all installs and could create more problems.

    Hi,

Does setting the cutoff to 3am fix the issue?

I could not replicate the issue in the eastern timezone so it may only occur with certain timezones.

    Let me know.

    Thanks

    Thanks for the information.

What is the setting you have here:

Events > Settings > General Tab > End of day cutoff

Is that set to midnight? If you set that to 1am or 3am does it fix the issue?

    Let me know.

    Thanks

Ok I took another look at this has yet to be translated:

“No %s scheduled for %s. Please try another day.”

So it will not show as there is no translation.

This is the link to translate that string.

Click here to see all the untranslated strings.

For the first translation “Próximos Eventos” I updated to the latest version found here:

    http://translations.theeventscalendar.com/projects/tribe-events-calendar/pt/default

And downloaded the po and mo file and replaced the ones in the plugin and it fixed that issue.

For the second one there is no translation in the mo or po file so it is not being translated. I am looking into fixing that now.

It is hard to say why it is not working except that may of the functions look for a specific item in the query and if it is not there they would not return any results.

What are you trying to display on the day view template (the specific thing)?

I can try to help point you on the right direction for it, but I am limited in supporting customizations.

Let me know and I can try to get you to the next step.

    Thanks

    Hi,

    Thanks for the information.

I tested on my site and was able to reproduce the issue.

It appears the shortcode does not take into account the single category for the View More Link. However, the widget itself does.

I have created a bug ticket to address this, but I do not have anymore information then that right now.

This thread has been added to our ticket and will be updated once we have more information.

Let me know if you have any follow up questions.

    Thanks

    Hi,

Sorry for the issues you are having with this.

There is a bug in the Events Calendar where we do not account for UTC time. We have a fix in the next release.

Those snippets should still work though in the meantime.

I checked the feed you provided and they look correct. When I visited the feed url your provided in Firefox it correctly shows me 9am as the first event.

The pub time will be 4 hours off as it is UTC 000 time there, which is 4 hours off the Eastern Timezone.

Let me know if you are seeing something different.

    Thanks

    Hi,

Thanks for the interest in our plugins.

We currently only have the CSV importer as part of our plugin.

Or you can use WordPress’s Import and Export System to transfer events from one site to another.

Let me know if you have any follow up questions.

    Thanks

    Hi,

Thanks for the interest in Facebook Events.

After an event is imported it looks like all the other events in the Events Calendar.

So this is a sample of what an event could look like:

Let me know if you have any follow up questions.

    Hi,

Thanks for using our plugins. I can try to help out here.

Have you looked at the functions we use in the templates and see if that might work?

The week view templates are in this directory:

    events-calendar-pro\src\views\pro\week\

Let me know if you have any follow up questions.

    Thanks

Ok glad it fixes the issue.

We have this article about 3.10 changes:

    https://theeventscalendar.com/the-events-calendarproadd-ons-3-10-things-to-be-aware-of/

For the most part customizations should be fine or just need the class name updated. However, it is hard to say without actually seeing what is customized. Week View had the biggest changed and any customization there would have to be reworked.

This was a one time refactor and should remain with the plugin for years to come.

Also, we post all our release notes here:

    https://theeventscalendar.com/category/products/release-notes/

    Thanks

We will respond by email within 24 hours if not sooner.

Since we will deal with this by email I am going to close this ticket, but if you need anything else related to this topic or another please post a new topic on the forum and we can help you out.

    Thanks
