    Ok thanks for the information.

I am not sure any of our functions will work to create that even the Week View.

I would more likely start by duplicating the Week View and trying to make the changes there, but that is a significant change and we would not be able to provide support on it.

Another alternative is Boxy Studios has a Weekly Event Widget that does something similar to what you are looking for.

Maybe you can get the theme and pull out the coding for that?

    Here is an example:

    http://boxydemos.com/preview/?product=6333987

Look for the Weekly Event Schedule on that page.

    Cheers

    Hi,

Thanks for the interest in WooCommerce Tickets.

Currently if you buy multiple tickets they are all under the same name and cannot add names per tickets.

We are working on a version that can do ask you ask, but I do not have a timeline for the release.

When in fact that does happen the information will be stored in the post_meta table.

Let me know if you have any follow up questions.

    Thanks

    Hi,

Thanks for using our plugins. I can try to help out here.

The Mini Calendar the Main Event Calendar are not designed to be synced to the same month.

That could be possible with a script, but we do not have anything to provide for that unfortunately.

I could try to help get you started on a customization like that, but would not be able to help throughout the entire process to create a script like that.

    Let me know.

    Thanks

    Hi,

There does not seem to be an example of an Eventbrite event.

The single event would look the same as the rest.

The difference would be having a ticket box like in this image:

    Hi,

    Thanks for using our plugins.

The shortcodes are a Pro only feature.

There is the Event Rocket Plugin an unofficial plugin maintained by some of our developers that has a shortcode in it that can do a list view.

    Event Rocket

    That might work for you.

    Cheers.

Ok I have created a bug ticket to address this. I find though that setting the End of Day Cutoff to 2am also fixes this.

However, it should work regardless of that setting.

I am going to close this ticket as there is nothing more we can do on it. It does not mean the issue is resolved.

We will update this ticket once we have a fix in a release.

    Thanks

    Hi,

Thanks for the interest in our plugins.

You do not need to purchase Events Calendar Pro to use WooCommerce Tickets.

Each of those plugins only needs the core version of the Events Calendar. ‘

If you would like both plugins you have to purchase both of them.

We do not have any features to modify the checkout of WooCommerce, but you could a plugin such as WooCommerce Checkout Manager:

Checkout Field Manager (Checkout Manager) for WooCommerce

    To modify it.

Let me know if you have any follow up questions.

    Thanks

    Hi,

Thanks for using our plugins. I can help out here on your 5 issues. See my responses below.

    1) I see you have created a page for the calendar. Please delete the page and remove from the trash as the plugin creates the event view archive itself. By creating a page with the same slug it is preventing the calendar from showing. We do not have shortcodes for the main event views (month, list, photo, etc) only for the Pro Widgets.

    2) For customers when purchasing – The “Extra info about your order” – how do I delete this, it is no longer necessary

I am not sure where they is exactly. Do you have a screenshot? If this is the checkout page there is this plugin helps manage that process:

Checkout Field Manager (Checkout Manager) for WooCommerce

    3) Once order has been placed can I give an option to customer to print their receipt on the checkout screen? I know it is in the email but I need this option also.

If WooCommerce has that feature you could add it there. We do not have this feature as part of our plugin and the tickets are only able to be emailed and not printed from the site.

    4) Attendee list – I want to change the email it comes from, so change to from WordPress <[email protected]> to Your Ticket <[email protected]>

I looked at our coding and there is no option in it to change the From Email. It would only be possible right now by editing the plugin, but that change would be lost on each update.

    5) Approving customers who pay via paypal / Other payment options – Once the payment is sent, I want the ticket to be sent straight away, not have to manually approve all sales in woocommerce – how do I do this?

WooCOmmerce has this coding to Auto Complete Orders:

    http://docs.woothemes.com/document/automatically-complete-orders/

Let me know about issue #2 and if you have any other follow up questions.

    Thanks

    Hi,

Thanks for using WooCommerce Tickets. I can help you out.

We only have the one place to add images for the tickets.

The only way currently to add an image to each “Ticket Product” is to manually add them unfortunately.

I found this plugin: WordPress Auto Featured Image

    WordPress Auto Featured Image

It says that it can add a default featured image to custom post types that might help you get what you are looking for.

Let me know if you have any follow up questions.

    Hi,

Thanks for the interest in our plugins.

We do not have a feature to display events based on a GEO IP detect.

If you would like to request that feature please head to our UserVoice Page and add your own or upvote that feature as they will increase the chances of it being added to a future version.

    Hi,

Glad changing it to 3am works for now.

Agreed this does need to be resolved and I will create a ticket to address it, but at least there is a working solution for it.

Hi Omar, glad you figured it out.

If you have troubles in the future it is always a good idea to create your own thread so we can help you one on one.

    ignite360,

I am going to close this ticket as I did not hear back from you, but if you need anything else related to this topic or another please post a new topic on the forum and we can help you out.

    Thanks

    Hi Christopher,

Glad another method worked for you.

I agree with you and we do have a ticket assigned to a developer to take a look at this and see if it can be prevented from happening.

It will not be in the 3.11 release, but could be in a future release if it is possible to change.

    Thanks

    Hi,

Thanks for trying out our plugin.

I can help out here. I use Genesis myself and have some snippets you can add to your theme or child theme’s functions.php that might fix this issue.

This snippet here may resolve the issue as it appears you have the Content Archive setting set to show Excerpts Only:

    https://gist.github.com/jesseeproductions/8d0947375b5ba10a1b5e

Let me know if that helps.

    Thanks
