    I have created a another new ticket because I’m also experiencing 404 errors on venues, in addition to the previous outstanding issue of Photo view not displaying content.

    I sorry for the issues you are having.

    I can help out.

    It appears you are using The Events Calendar Pro 3.9

    Please update to The Events Calendar Pro 3.10 either by automatic update or by getting the latest version from your account on theeventscalendar.com.

    After you get the latest version please re-save permalinks and check the venues again.

    That fixed the issue. The problem with plugin updates, is that I’m at the mercy of our IT department since we are running WordPress multisite. They have authority to automatically update, but I don’t. I’m a bit confused that there is now a completely different directory structure in the new version, however. Can you point me to something that explains the ramification of the structure change? How does this affect my customizations (both past and future)?

    For the most part customizations should be fine or just need the class name updated. However, it is hard to say without actually seeing what is customized. Week View had the biggest changed and any customization there would have to be reworked.

    This was a one time refactor and should remain with the plugin for years to come.
