    Hi Aindreas,

Thanks for the interest in our plugins.

Our ticketing plugins all enable the creation of tickets in events only in the single event editor in the admin.

So although it is possible you maybe to use the Vendors plugins you would most likely have to add some custom capabilities to get them the correct roles to create events and tickets in events in the admin.

Not sure if that is what you are looking for.

Let me know if you have any follow up questions.

    Thanks

    Hi,

Sorry for the issues you are having I can help troubleshoot this.

Can you please confirm that you are running both The Events Calendar and the Events Calendar Pro at 3.10.

If Pro is on 3.9.x or lower it will not work and that could be causing this issue.

Please confirm you and using the latest versions and then we can go from there.

    Thanks

    Hi,

Thanks for using the Events Calendar.

Here on the pre-sales forum, I’m afraid we do not provide technical support. I would ask that you take any technical support questions across to our wordpress.org forum – our staff scan it periodically and other community members may also be able to help out.

    The Events Calendar

Having said that there is currently no option to import images with the csv although it is a feature we are looking into.

And we have this guide for the Organizer Email Link: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/make-organizer-email-a-mailto-field/

    Thanks again!

    Hi Nicole,

You do not have to update to 3.10 if you do not want to.

There was no major security issue for the plugins to cause the update.

It is important you keep all the plugins at 3.9.x as if you upgrade to 3.10+ you have to do all the plugins.

    Cheers

    Hi,

Sorry for the issues with the Venue and Organizer View.

I checked out your site and it appears you are using the Events Calendar Pro 3.9.3.

Please update to 3.10.1 in Pro and then resave your permalinks and that should fix the issue.

You can download the latest version from your account here on theeventscalendar.com if you do not have automatic updates setup.

    Cheers

    Hi,

Thanks for the interest in our plugins. We currently have no plans to add a year view although it is something we could add one day.

If you would like to request that feature please head to our UserVoice Page and add your own or upvote that feature as they will increase the chances of it being added to a future version.

    Hi,

Sorry for the issues here. I can help out.

There could be a plugin conflict in your site or any number of issues could have happened to cause this.

Do you know what events actually are missing?

And can you run through our testing for conflicts guide and see if that can find the source of this:

Testing Conflicts With Themes and Other Plugins

Let me know what you find out and we will go from here.

    Thanks

    Hi,

Sorry for the issues you are having. I can help troubleshoot this with you.

    Is this a multisite install?

Also, what is the exact message you are getting with the license?

Please note the plugins will work without the license and if they are not working that is being caused by another issue.

And if you can share a link to your site and provide the system information in a private reply that would be helpful:

    https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/

    Let me know.

    Thanks

    Hi,

Sorry for the issues you are having. I can help troubleshoot them with you.

Can you please confirm in Eventbrite settings in WordPress and in the Eventbrite Application all the urls are the same for your site.

So if you include the www please include it in all urls if you do not leave it out in all the urls.

Let me know about that and we can go from here to solve this.

    Thanks

    Hi,

    Thanks for using our plugins.

I can try to help out here.

I have run across this conflict with Genesis before and have yet to find a cause of it.

I did not some digging today and it appears in Genesis when opening the filter it triggers a resize event, which then reload the Mobile Mini Calendar and closes the Filter Bar.

I am looking into see if there is something we can change or provide a snippet for to prevent this.

Let me know if you find anything on your end.

    Thanks

Sorry about the issue on Week View. I am looking into those still, but want to update you on your other request.

    Month View
It is possible to do as you ask to hide certain events with a bit of customization. You could assign them a category and then modify the month view query and remove those events that way.

We have this guide to excluding categories:

    https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/hide-category-from-calendar-views/

Also, if you think that is something you would like as a feature I encourage you to visit our User Voice Page and either upvote an existing request or make a new request there.

    Cheers
