MemberOk thanks for the information.
I went to a test site that also runs https and the error is not there.
Can you please run through our testing for conflicts guide and see if that can narrow down the source or it could turn out the plugin is the issue too.
Let me know what you find out.
Thanks

MemberHi,
You can share images by links from services such as cloudup or dropbox.
We do not have the ability to upload images in the forums to customers.
I took a look at your account and for both Pro and the Filter Bar it shows this site as register to it:
Active: newsites.activeyouthnetwork.com
If you are not seeing Pro active you can login to you account here on theeventscalendar.com and go to licenses and disconnect it. Then try to reactive it again from the site.
Even once activate you may see a message about multisite licenses, but that will not stop the plugins from working. We are working on making that message more informative as well.
License
If you are looking to upgrade a license please follow our guide here:https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/upgrading-a-license/
If you need to swap licenses to another product please email at [email protected] with the order number and what you are looking to do.
Let me know if you can get the license now.
Thanks

MemberHi,
It looks like you are not using The Events Calendar Pro 3.10.
Only 3.10 and later includes the shortcode.
Please update all your plugins to at least 3.10 and try again.
Thanks
Brian
MemberHi,
Thanks for using our plugins I can help out here.
There is no feature to hide events in a widget if the tickets are sold out.
It could be possible to customize the widget template and hide the event if the tickets are sold out.
We can help you get started on a customization like that, but not able to provide all the coding to do it.
Let me know what you would like to do.
Thanks
Brian
MemberHi,
Thanks for the interest in our plugins.
Our system could handle this, but you would have to individually create and event for each hour blocksand create the event each day as well. So it would be a time consuming process and not ideal.
As much as we would like your business you would be better off using a booking plugin for this.
Good Luck on your project.
Cheers

MemberHi,
Thanks for the interest in our plugins.
Our plugins are all built for WordPress and require that to be used.
We have this guide to getting started with the Events Calendar:
New User Primer: The Events Calendar and Events Calendar Pro
That is a great place to start.
Let me know if you have any follow up questions.
Thanks

MemberHi Ben,
Sorry for the issues you are having.
I took a look at your site and see the error, but I am not convinced it is from the https.
You also have all your javascript defered. If you disable that optimization does the Uncaught error go away?
Please let me know what you find out from that and we can go from here.
Thanks

MemberHi,
I can help out here.
If the titles are all bunched up together you can change the amount of columns in the Screen Options (upper right corner of the event list) to display less and give more space for the existing columns.
Also in that Screen Options area you should be able to add the author column from there.
Let me know if that works for you.
Thanks
Brian
MemberHi,
Sorry for the issues you are having.
There is no update available as your Filter Bar License expired in February of this year so you only have access to updates that came out before the expiration.
You can either renew your license to get the latest update or downgrade all the plugins to 3.9.x and they will work together.
Let me know if you have any follow up questions.
Thanks
Brian
MemberHi Nigel,
Sorry for the issues you are having. I can help out.
It appears you are still using The Events Calendar Pro 3.9.3.
Please update to 3.10.1 and that should resolve the issue.
You can download the latest version from your account here on theeventscalendar.com and manually upload it to your site if automatic updates are not working.
Let me know how that works out.
Thanks

MemberHi Cappy,
Thanks for the interest in our plugins. I can help out here.
The location search uses Google to find event locations.
When you search Wisconsin Google returns that as a point and then searches out 50 miles from there to find events. That setting can be changed in the admin, but is 50 on our demo site. I believe it defaults to 25 miles.
So at 50 miles it does not show California Events. I did up it to 200 miles and now it does show California Events when searching.
Does that make sense?
Let me know if you have any follow up questions.
Thanks

MemberHi,
Thanks for the interest in our plugins.
I can help out here.
The Facebook plugin can map to venues already created.
However, it looks for a Facebook ID in this meta field _VenueFacebookID.
So if you create the venues beforehand it will duplicate them as it will not find the id there.
Let me know if you have any follow up questions.
Thanks
July 15, 2015 at 7:33 am in reply to: FB Events – Can the calendar handle these requirements #986597Brian
MemberHi Roberto,
Thanks for the interest in Facebook Events. I can answer your questions.
1) Import events from Facebook – events created by others. I saw on the video that it could do it but was not sure if it was events that I organize or events that others organize. I expect probably to have over 400 groups/pages on my list of events to pull in. Is that doable?
It is doable, but most likely not on shared hosting and please note we only support Pages and not Groups for Automatic Imports, but you can import any public event that does not have restrictions such as age or country.
2) Ability to search/filter events by zipcode, city or State
We have a location search with Pro, but not a filter for those specific fields in Pro of the Filter bar plugin.
3) I saw on one of your showcase sites (eightlane) that the events were mapped. Is that part of what your plugin can offer?
That is a Pro Feature, which is separate from Facebook Events. All our plugins are separate purchases and none of the features are shared between plugins. However, you only need the free version of the Events Calendar for them to work.
4) Ability for users to submit a Facebook event.
We do not have a feature to do this, but you could create a form to collect the events that way and then manually import.
5) Is there a way to add a category to a FB event so that I may display events by category, or sort by category if I am searching by date or location.
Currently, the events imported from Facebook do not have a category, but you could add it after importing by individual or bulk edit.
Let me know if you have any follow up questions.
Thanks

MemberHi,
I can help out with the license here.
Do you have the plugins network activated or individually activated on the site?
If you have it network activated it will ask for a Multisite License.
If you individually activate you can add the single site license.
Also, please review are article on the licensing for multisite as it explains in more detail what I just mentioned:
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/multisite-license/
Let me know if you can get that to work.
Thanks

MemberHi,
Thanks for using our plugins. I can help out.
The Mini Calendar Widget and Shortcode only show events for the month it is displaying.
To show all Upcoming Events regardless of month please use the Event List Shortcode:
[tribe_events_list]
This article explains the shortcodes in detail and gives an option to display events by category too:
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/pro-widget-shortcodes/
Let me know if you have any follow up questions.
Thanks
