My events page is empty

Hi, We transferred our dev site to live and I have transferred the license key, successfully it seems. The trouble is I cant see any events inside my events page. Even the example pages are showing the shortcode live in the page which is odd.

It took ages to add all the events so I dont really want to reinstall the plugin. It seems like its broken somehow.

Any assistance is greatly appreciated. We do have an active support ticket for a separate js issue and you guys were really helpful.

Hi Nigel,

Sorry for the issues you are having. I can help out.

It appears you are still using The Events Calendar Pro 3.9.3.

Please update to 3.10.1 and that should resolve the issue.

You can download the latest version from your account here on theeventscalendar.com and manually upload it to your site if automatic updates are not working.
