Filter Bar not displaying / no 3.10 update available.

We have recently updated Events Calendar Pro to 3.10, which has caused the filter bar to stop displaying on the front end of the website. We were using Filter Bar 3.8, which has been upgraded to 3.9.

Having looked through similar threads on this forum, it is apparent that you need to be using version 3.10 of both Events Calendar Pro and Filter Bar otherwise it won’t show up on the front end of the website.

However, under My Account > Downloads there is no version 3.10 of Filter Bar available – the newest version that we can download is 3.9.

Any ideas?

Hi,

Sorry for the issues you are having.

There is no update available as your Filter Bar License expired in February of this year so you only have access to updates that came out before the expiration.

You can either renew your license to get the latest update or downgrade all the plugins to 3.9.x and they will work together.
