Just bought Community add-on; License key not working

Greetings,

Just bought this add-on, but UI says my license key is invalid. Also, the plugin add-on file I downloaded appears to be a duplicate of the events-calendar plugin file, as opposed to just an add-on file. UI says it’s already been uploaded.

Sorry for the issues you are having. I can help troubleshoot this with you.

Is this a multisite install?

Also, what is the exact message you are getting with the license?

Please note the plugins will work without the license and if they are not working that is being caused by another issue.
