MemberHello,
Sorry for the issues you are having.
Can you please try removing your license keys from your account on TheEventsCalendar.com and then reactivating them on your site to see if that resolves the issue.
To do that, login to your account and go to My Account > License Keys
Click “Disconnect now” next to all the urls and go to your site and add those license keys back.
Let me know how that works out for you.
Thanks
Brian
MemberHi,
Thanks for the interest in our plugins.
What you describe for the license is correct. You would get credit for the Personal License Purchase.
We have this guide for license upgrades:
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/upgrading-a-license/
Let me know if you have any follow up questions.
Thanks
Brian
MemberOk thanks for fixing that.
I tested out on my site and it worked for me.
So can you please follow our testing for conflicts guide:
And see if that can narrow down the cause of this on your site.
Let me know what you find out.
Thanks
Brian
MemberThe widgets are saved in the database and the settings remain on manually updating Pro.
I just tested on my site and deactivated and deleted Pro and then loaded the latest and activated.
My widget was still there and the category filters are still in place.
So it should work for you, but it is always a good idea to backup beforehand.

MemberHi,
I am still here, please note per our terms and conditions it may take up to 24 hours for us to respond. Although we try to get to it earlier.
Thanks for testing everything and providing that information.
This is strange I am not able to replicate this at all on my site and have no other reports of this issue. I tested in both Twenty Thirteen and Genesis.
If you disable this setting does it at least bring back the posts on the home page:
Events > Settings > General Tab > “Include events in main blog loop”
Let me know.
Thanks
Brian
MemberI am glad to see you were able to figure it out.
I am going to go ahead and close this ticket. If you have a similar issue or another in the future, please do not hesitate to create a new ticket.
Thanks!

MemberHi,
Sorry for the issues. I can help out, but [er our terms and conditions we may take up to 24 hours per response.
All the plugins should be one 3.12 or 3.12.x if there is a secondary release.
If automatic updates are not working you can download the latest version from your account here on theeventscalendar.com
Then you could follow the guide here to manually update:
As for the licenses I see them as showing active as well in our system so I am not sure why they show expired. Is it expired or saying out of installs?
If it is out of installs.
Thanks

MemberHi,
I do not have much information on this area as it was not designed to be modified.
I looked through and what we provide in the address is all I saw.
You might be able to backtrack and see about how that information is gathered.
However, I do not have much else to give you for a customization like this unfortunately.
September 10, 2015 at 1:03 pm in reply to: What do you mean by "for one year" when we purchase the PRO account or addons? #1003865Brian
MemberNo worries.
Yep you can use the Personal Site License on any site it is just called personal, but it can be on any site including a business related site.
You are in luck we currently have a coupon down at the bottom of this post:

MemberHi,
That is part of WooCommerce and a conflict with your theme.
This is the css causing the issue:
button.button, input.button {
height: 25px;
}You could change height to auto and that should fix it, but it might change other parts of your site.
Brian
MemberHi,
Thanks for using our plugins. I can help out here.
The date search for the events calendar uses the date selected and gets all the events in the future for the view searched. It does not have a range that can be set.
Once issue that could be causing is I see this error in the console:
You have included the Google Maps API multiple times on this page. This may cause unexpected errors.
http://maps.google.com/maps-api-v3/api/js/22/2/main.js
Line 69That maybe preventing the scripts from running again and causing the issue with the Datepicker not showing and the Find Events Going to the home page.
Can you start by fixing that error and then we can see how it works after that.
Thanks
Brian
MemberHi,
Sorry for the issues you are having. I can help out.
The update process should not change any widget settings so I am not sure why it happened on your site.
I have not heard of a plugin update ever changing the widgets on a site. The only time I have seen it is if the theme get changed.
Did the theme get changed? Is this our widget or other widgets?
Let me know.
Thanks
