Says license key is expired but it's not

    When I check my license key for PRO, it says “Sorry this key is out of installs.”

    However, when I check on the status of my key, it says that it expires “May 16, 2016.”
    I just subscribed in May 2015.

    I’m confused!

    Does it have something to do with me maybe registering under with amwa-midatlantic-temp.org and I’m now using amwa-midatlantic.org?

    Hello,

    Sorry for the issues you are having.

    Can you please try removing your license keys from your account on TheEventsCalendar.com and then reactivating them on your site to see if that resolves the issue.

    To do that, login to your account and go to My Account > License Keys

    Click “Disconnect now” next to all the urls and go to your site and add those license keys back.
