License key will not stay active

    I am using Events Calendar Pro on my dev site and have entered the license key in the settings area of the plug-in. It will validate with the green text but as soon as I leave the page, it says I need to enter it again. I have checked the Licenses tab on my account and it is showing as activated. The url is a temp url so I don’t know if that is causing an issue but if you could let me know why it is doing this. Thanks!

    Hi,

    Sorry for the issues you are having. I can help troubleshoot this with you.

    Can you please confirm you are following all these steps:

    Visit License Tab
    Enter License Key
    You get a Green License Valid Message
    You are then clicking “Save Changes”
    Then you get a “License key(s) updated.” near the top of the page.

    Also you can can always download the latest version from your account here on theeventscalendar.com

    Let me know if it is not working after following those steps and we can do some troubleshooting steps next.

    I have done the update manually and I think it is because it is a temp url that it is not able to make the connection. If the problem persists after the site is live and it is pointed to the regular domain, I will contact you.
