MemberOk thanks for the information.
What is the timezone setting for the event?
What is the Timezone setting for your site:
Admin > Settings > General > Timezone
And what about the settings here:
Admin > Events > Settings > Timezone Settings
Let me know.
Thanks

MemberOk sounds good.
I used Genesis as well and not running into this issue.
What theme is it in Genesis?
Also, if you go through our testing for conflicts guide:
Does it find a plugin causing the issue or is it just the theme?
Thanks

MemberWe do not specially add any coding to help with Facebook Sharing so I cannot support it.
It seems to work most of the time, but for these cases I would recommended using a plugin such as Yoast SEO that enables you to set the image and other information with the correct og tags in the event itself.
They would do a better job of that, then anything we can do.

MemberHi,
It should be out before the end of the month. We are hoping for later this week.
Thanks

MemberOkay that’s good to hear a fix is on the way. Is this fix (so all fields retain their value on a required field error) set to be released in the next maintenance release, 4.0.1?
It is being worked on with a hopefully release within days, but that could change if something comes up.

MemberHere is a list of all the meta fields we use:
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/wordpress-post-meta-data/
Is there any way to get the items to sort by tribe_get_start_date($event)?
It might be possible that is not something I can support nor have any coding to start with on this.
Brian
MemberThere is not a filter. I believe since it runs through the template system it could be replaced for now instead of filtered.

MemberHi,
Sorry for the issues you are having. I can help troubleshoot this with you.
Many times the issue is saving before a valid message is shown, so the key saves, but it is not saving that it is valid.
Can you please confirm you are following all these steps:
Visit License Tab
Enter License Key
You get a Green License Valid Message
After you get the message you are then clicking “Save Changes”
Then you get a “License key(s) updated.” message near the top of the page. Also you can can always download the latest version from your account here on theeventscalendar.com and use this guide for manual updates:
Let me know if it is not working after following those steps and we can do some troubleshooting steps next.
Thanks

MemberHi,
Thanks for the interest in our plugins.
We do not have any features to work with either Beaver Builder or Calendarize.
It is possible Beaver Builder could work and you could test it out on the core version of the Events Calendar found for free on WordPress.org: https://wordpress.org/plugins/the-events-calendar/
Our main views of Month, List, etc are setup as archives in WordPress so most likely Beaver Builder will not be able to make changes to those views or add anything to them.
As for Calendarize if you can export the data into a csv file you might be able to format and import using our csv importer:
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/csv-files-options-and-examples/
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/using-the-events-calendars-csv-importer/
Thanks
Brian
MemberHi,
The plugin does create a Category View for each Event Category with the main views of month, list, map, etc…
For example if you have an event category of Lettuce the url is this:
yoursite.com/events/category/lettuce/
So that is one way to show only events from one category in the main views and you can link directly to any of those.
Those views also show past events. So that could be one way to do it.
Another is to create a custom loop with tribe_get_events():
Let me know if you have any follow up questions.
Thanks

MemberHi,
Thanks for using our plugins. I can try to help out here, but I am limited in supporting 3rd party coding per our terms and conditions.
Is the issue just with the theme and not with another plugin as well?
I am not sure what the issue is with the theme and have nothing to suggest on what to change in their coding.
Have you contacted the theme developer to see if they have any idea on this?
Let me know and we can go from here.
Thanks
Brian
MemberI am glad to see you were able to figure it out.
I looked at your coding and that is pretty neat.
Thanks for sharing! I also shared it with our team.
I am going to go ahead and close this ticket. If you have a similar issue or another in the future, please do not hesitate to create a new ticket.
Thanks!

MemberHi,
Thanks for using our plugins. I can help out here.
Do you have a link to the issue?
It is hard to tell what is going on without see it.
You can provide it as a private reply if you like.
Let me know and we can go from here.

MemberHi,
Thanks for using our plugins. I can help out here.
For the first related events that looks to be coming from your theme.
The bottom one is from our plugin. I am not sure how it is put there, but the developer of the theme might have a way to remove it.
As for the sharing.
I am limited in supporting 3rd party plugins, but can try to get to the bottom of this with you. Are you using Jetpack for the sharing buttons?
I visited a bunch of events and Twitter always worked. The only one that did not work was the link you provided.
Could you change the slug from numbers to something else and see if that helps?
Do you have another example of an event not working?
Thanks
