MemberHi,
Thanks for the interest in our plugins.
Unfortunately, we do not have features that can help with this.
Our ticketing systems have nothing even close to it. Out tickets are created per event and no connection to other tickets or anything like that.
It could be possible with a major customization, but that is beyond the support we can provide.
Cheers
Brian
MemberHi,
Sorry for the issues here. I can help troubleshoot this with you.
I visited your site and not sure if I was in the right area.
On the home page everything seemed to be working correctly.
Do you see something different still?
If you clear your browser cache does that help?
Let me know and we can go from here.
Thanks
Brian

MemberHi,
Sorry for the issues here.
I took a look on my test site and see what you mean.
I also tested in 3.12 and it did not save for me either.
A minor work around could be in this field: “Use a custom list of countries”
US, United States
That will make sure only the U.S. is in the Country field.
I just created a bug report for this as this is the first instance of it being found so I do not have any other information at this time.
Let me know if you have any follow up questions.
Thanks

MemberHi,
The patch we are adding to fix it so all fields retain their value on a required field error might resolve this.
I do not think changing the snippet itself can help with the issue.
Did this work in 3.12?
Thanks
Brian
MemberHi,
Thanks for using our plugins.
That is not a feature of our plugins and unfortunately, I am only able to support those and not customizations or 3rd party applications or coding.
The developer of the facebook poster might be able to help better then us I can try to answer some questons about our plugins, but otherwise I have no idea how it works.
I can say recurring events have a parent id so maybe the Facebook poster only works if there is not parent id?
Thanks

MemberHi,
Thanks for reporting this.
It is indeed a bug and we are working on it.
We have a fix in the maintenance release coming out with 4.0.1 in the next couple of weeks.
Thanks

MemberHi,
Thanks for using our plugins I can help out here.
When you import the file does it show the correct times?
The file might be different as it gets changed to UTC 0, but should import correctly.
Let me know if the times are different when imported from the file.
Thanks
Brian
MemberMark,
Let me know about the possible work around in this post if that helps you:

MemberWooTickets and Event Tickets Plus use the same coding and WooTickets will no longer be updated with new features. However, we have created a license for you to use Tickets Plus already and have this transfer guide:
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/moving-to-event-tickets-plus/
Although it does not need to be done right away as WooTickets will continue to work for now.
Anyway.
**I see plugins/wootickets/src/Tribe/Email.php, and in that file on line 61, I see get_content_html(), and its query args — can I not duplicate this file in my themes folder and modify it the way I’d modify any other plugin template? (so that my changes aren’t over-written)
Nope, coding does not work that way for the most part. Only with front end templates can that be done.
– is there simply not a function I can add to my functions.php file to sort tickets in cart/checkout/order/email by Event Start Date & Time?
Not currently. If you think that is something you would like as a feature I encourage you to visit our User Voice Page and either upvote an existing request or make a new request there.
The best bet here is to resort the array $tickets before the foreach statement.
I think usort could do this:
http://php.net/manual/en/function.usort.php
I found this example for posts that might help out:

MemberGreat, glad it helps, I am going to go ahead and close this ticket, but if you need help on this or something else please post a new ticket.

MemberHi,
Thanks for using our plugins.
I can try to help out here.
Are you trying to order the tickets in the email?
It would only be possible by editing the core plugin itself and changes would be lost on each update I believe.
Unfortunately, I am limited to supporting features of the plugin and not customizations, but I can try answer a question or two, but not much more beyond that.
The function that controls the order is in this file:
plugins/event-tickets-plus/src/Tribe/Commerce/WooCommerce/Email.phpis called get_content_html()
And starts around line 63.
Let me know if you have any follow up questions, but I am limited in providing much more then this.
Thanks

MemberHi,
Sorry for the issues here. I can work with you to resolve this.
If you updated The Events Calendar to 4.0 and leave Community Events at 3.12.x or earlier it will break the site. If you cannot update Community Events for whatever reason you should remain on 3.12.6 for the Events Calendar and follow the steps below to set that up.
Unfortunately, the only way to fix it is to access the files of you site and delete the older version of Community Events. This process itself does not delete or change any of your settings in the database.
This can be done by either your hosting account file manager or through ftp. The files will be found here:
wp-content/plugins/the-events-calendar-community-events/
Please make sure to remove all copies of Community Events.
That will bring your site back and then you can download the latest version of Community Events (4.0) from your account here and manually upload it to your site.
We also have this guide for manual updates:
If you need your site right away with community events I recommended downgrading to the 3.12.x for all the plugins.
You can download the older versions from your account here on theeventscalendar.com and older versions of the core plugin here: https://wordpress.org/plugins/the-events-calendar/developers/
And follow these steps for manual updates:
If you have issues please let me know and I can help out.
Thanks

MemberHi,
Thanks for using our plugins. I can help out here.
The Eventbrite Tickets Plugin is a separate plugin:
https://theeventscalendar.com/product/wordpress-eventbrite-tickets/
You need to purchase that plugin for those features.
If you wanted that plugin and not WooCommerce Tickets please email us at support(at)theeventscalendar.com with the order number and we can refund the first purchase.
Thanks
